I reserved a room at this motel since I knew I would be coming off Martha's Vineyard on a late ferry ride. The reception was friendly and we were given town tips. The motel was an old motor court design with rooms that opened to the parking lot. The room was clean, comfortable and a real value for the price....

I was looking for a reasonably priced place to stay before and after heading over to the Vineyard, and the Town and Beach looked like it fit the bill online. It turned out to be an excellent choice! The owners/managers are wonderful, funny, and helpful, and the room was one of the most impeccably clean hotel rooms I've been in...

My one night stay was very nice experience. I felt very welcomed. Very friendly down to earth people even before I gave them some free SoCo Creamery Ice Cream. This. motel was very clean & comfortable. Not to mention very affordable. I would definitely recommend staying here. Local restaurants on this quaint street are with in walking distance and well...

Teri and I really enjoyed meeting you. And again, thank you for the SoCo ice cream. I hope your day on Marthas Vineyard was profitable. Its the perfect area for all natural, organic ice cream. We hope to see you again soon...bring more SoCo!!

Clean, comfortable, friendly, and good value motel near the centre of Falmouth, about 20 minutes walk from the shuttle bus to the Martha's Vineyard ferry. Falmouth is a pretty town with good restaurants.

We are here for the Cape 1/2 marathon and stayed here for the second time. As other reviews have stated this is an old school, in town property . Clean and priced right. Their service was professional .We will be back next year.

Better than expected this quaint motel is in lovely Falmouth just off Main St. The area is a true gem safe and lovely to walk around. This is room only and has basic amenities but clean and very comfortable. Would have loved to have a fridge and coffee machine in the room although there is drinks in the reception you...

The 2nd time we've stayed there and have loved it both times. Staying within walking distance of great restaurants and shops in down town Falmouth is fantastic. The rooms are impeccably clean and comfortable. The staff will go out of their way to make sure your comfortable, and have what you need. Would definitely stay there again.

Completely unbelievable experience at this motel. The owner (virginia) was extremely rude! Also, room appeared clean however smelled musty and covered up with the smell of pine sol. I would not recommend staying here, although it is cheaper than other hotels in the area, it would be worth it to pay the difference.

This motel was established in 1950, and it hasn't been updated since. That's not necessarily a bad thing - it's very retro and quaint. It's also IMMACULATE. The rooms are squeaky clean. The two women who checked us in were a hoot and a half - super friendly, funny and extremely helpful. If you don't mind wood paneling, jalousie windows...

This is our second time staying at Town and Beach motel. The location is perfect - can walk or bike to beach, 1 min stroll to excellent restaurants, located in the heart of the quaint town of Falmouth. If you need a four star place to stay with luxury accommodations this is not your place. But I promise you, this...
