At check in there was a bag of trash on my sidewalk, a closet full of recyclables thrown everywhere and a layer of thick tacky black substance on the railing of the staircase leading to the bedrooms upstairs. To top it off the front desk calls me the next morning and tells me they forgot to tell me at check...

This is our second time staying here in 4 years and it has lots to offer. The kitchen is truly completely furnished and the beds comfortable. The pool is wonderful as is the DVD rentals for quiet nights. The couches have seen better days and could be updated. That would be my only criticism.

We love coming here. Small, quiet resort with huge units, plenty of room to stretch out. We like the small private backyard with our own charcoal grill. TV downstairs is the old fat kind, but with a DVD player, and guests can borrow DVDs for free from the front desk. They also have games and puzzles, and a pleasant pool...

We had a two bedroom, one and a half bath next to the pol area. It had a private patio and grill, which we cooked on almost every night. I was a little nervous about booking this resort because of the past reviews. However, I am honestly shocked by the bad reviews people have written in the past. I went...

My husband and I visited this place on an Interval International exchange. It was roomy and basically clean. The kitchen was fully stocked so we could prepare some meals in the unit. The location is great , 1-2 hours from most sights on the Cape. Staff was friendly. Linen exchange was only on Wed between 9-12, but they did exchange...

We knew we were coming to a poorly reviewed resort. This was an RCI trade. Our first surprise was that if you arrive after 9 PM on Saturday or 6 PM any other day, there is no staff to greet or help you. It took us 2 days to get our keys because we arrived late and were not aware...

(barely enough for a child to fit in. the room can accommodate 2 full/standard beds. air conditioning units are situated where it will blow directly in your face. (one in...

After trading into this property, because I needed a place on Cape Cod quickly. I then read some Tripadvisor reviews. I was disappointed to see so many negative reviews. I found the accommodations not as dirty or unmaintained as many previous reviewers. The unit that we had seemed to be clean and well kept. Although, the smell of the cleaning...

We arrived to Briarwood for our yearly visit on October 10th to be placed in a unit we have never been in. We were told by the Ian at the front desk that since the complex was changed to a dual resort that not only had our week in late October had been taken away from us, our physical unit...
