I loved my 3 night visit in this clean, comfortable & friendly place. Add to that the location, you can walk to the ferry, town & beach. The pool was the ideal place to relax. We met new friends there and can't wait to return. Perfect atmosphere!!

we stayed for 3 nights in July. We had 1 room for 4 of us (2 adults 2 teenagers). The welcome we had on arrival was great - really helpful - we were offered info on the town and the ferry to Marthas Vineyard (very close by). Its a short walk to town for dinner, and the beach is also...

We decided to head to the Cape last minute. I read some of the reviews here and decided to book based on what I read. I'm glad we did! Our room was adorable and extremely clean. The beds were so comfortable with beautiful white comforters. We brought an air mattress just in case because we have three children. To our...

My daughter and I stayed here for 4 nights in July. It is just a few minutes walk to downtown/Main St Falmouth for dinner/ice cream and about 15 minutes walk to Island Queen Ferry to Martha Vineyards; location is just perfect and close to 7eleven, Rite Aid Bank of America, DQ, Friendly's as well. The owners and innkeepers are helpful...

Great location on Main Street in Falmouth. Quick walk to downtown restaurants and stores. Motel bathroom and carpet was outdated. Owner was rude about giving me a pool towel and I never ended up getting one. This was one of the cheapest motels in Falmouth and I think it would be worth paying more money and staying elsewhere.

We stayed here for 5 nights and it was a great experience. Very clean, and everyone was very kind and helpful! Would definitely stay here again. Close to shopping, eating, sight seeing, beach and the ferry to Martha's Vineyard. We also had a great time just sitting at the pool! Everyone was friendly, had a great time.

What a great little motel in the middle of Falmouth! Perfect location right on main street, very close to the town centre and great restaurants. Very clean, well maintained, great pool, good value, and amazingly friendly and helpful staff (Thanks Tammy!). Would definitely stay there again when we are in the area.

Perfect location to walk to so many attractions and the managers couldn't be any more welcoming. Always asked how everything was and were so willing to offer recommendations. Really a restful, attractive, vacation spot.

We have been staying here every summer for several years. The location and value have always been great. The new owners are working hard to update the hotel. The rooms have been redecorated. It would be nice to have sheer curtains under the heavy drapes so that you could have light and privacy.

OMG! We were so worried, because we saw so many bad (but old) reviews. It turns out that the mgrs., Gary and Carla, with Jan, the new owner, completely remodeled last year. This place was CLEAN, adorable, the new beds were so comfortable, and the rates were reasonable. The staff went out of their way to make us comfortable. Our...
