Our stay was amazing!!!! Lynda and Andrei are both gracious hosts. Our stay started with a warm friendly welcome by Lynda with her infectious smile and a glass of Prosecco. As we marveled over the décor and the old architecture she showed us to our room. The Lower King room was very nice, comfortable and spacious. The bathroom shower is... More

Our stay at Sweet Water was fabulous. The lower king room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom shower was enormous. Our room had a small refrigerator with plenty of water. Lynda is a gracious, welcoming host (hello Prosecco) and the breakfast was such a treat. It's unusual to have a full menu at a B&B and... More

Fantastic first Airbnb experience! Starting with the moment that we pulled in, greeted by André and the resident chickens, to Lynda bringing us Prosecco on the patio before heading to Tanglewood, André saving us with the most efficient driving directions to Tanglewood (after having returned to collect the tickets we'd forgotten!), the most scrumptious breakfast prepared by Lynda, featuring locally-sourced... My boyfriend and I had a wonderful overnight at the very start of the season. Even though we were the only ones there Lynda kept a fire going, lights on, and music to make us feel welcome. The room was spotless and the sheets were like new. Lynda offers a whole selection of breakfast options (in addition to the freshly... More

Spent a lovely evening with my BF at the Inn midweek. The hostess is so friendly and warm, even offering us a carton of their fresh eggs and a loaf of homemade bread to bring home! And I haven't even mentioned the breakfast: lemon ricotta pancakes, fresh egg omelet, French press coffee...we were stuffed and so food-happy. When my BF... More

The Inn at Sweet Water Farm is a great little place to stay at. Lynda and Andrei are very hospitable hosts, the inn is very comfortable and the chickens outside are a delight with fresh eggs daily. Lynda cooks a delicious breakfast... my only regret is not getting the eggs for breakfast every day... and they have great recommendations for... More

Engaged inn-keeping is something of a lost art, but it's alive and well at the Inn at Sweetwater Farm. If you are picky about details -- a tended fire on a cold night, home-spiced Russian vodka or hand-foraged Linden tea, a beautiful cozy room with a good hair-dryer, and a locally-sourced breakfast lovingly prepared by a professional chef-turned innkeeper, you... My husband and I recently spent a weekend at Sweet Water Farm and it was so peaceful there. The weather delighted us with sunshine and temperatures in the 60's, the sap was running from the sugar maples, the chickens were scurrying around, the birds were chirping, and signs of spring were everywhere on the grounds. Yummy breakfasts, nothing better than... More

We had a lovely, relaxing time at the Inn at Sweetwater Farm. The rooms are incredibly warm and welcoming, as is the Innkeeper Lynda. I am in love with the chickens that live on the property and provide fresh eggs for breakfast. I highly recommend this establishment.

I've stayed at the Inn many times. It has a perfect location for feeling you are in the country, with all the photo opportunities you could want within a short drive or walk, but also near to charming restaurants serving fabulous local foods. The Inn is full of eclectic furnishings, creating a sense of a home away from home, everything... More
