I'm sure if you contact the Chamber of Commerce (for wherever you're staying : i.e. Hyannis, Princeton, etc.) that they can give you plenty of suggestions for tours and any other questions you might have. The only tour I did while there was a sunset cruise. We happened to see it while walking along the harbor.
