This was a lovely inn, actually somewhere between and inn and a B&B. Their dining room is open to the public 7 days/week which makes it more like an inn. The hours of eating are very flexible and there is a full menu giving a different option every morning! We loved this. The bed was extremely comfortable which is often...

This is truly a lovely B&B. I would return for a stay in a heartbeat (and surely will!) The owners have provided everything you need from lights that automatically go on in the hallways and parking lot, to a delightful breakfast (included). Rooms are clean and comfy with everything you might need including hair dryer and iron. It is very...

Overall, a very nice place to stay. Many cooked/prepared-to-order full breakfast options for a B&B. The inn itself is in a great location and has some charm, although it could use a little touching up. Downstairs areas are pleasant and homely. Several of the guest rooms are quite spacious and attractive, but one on the third floor (Martha’s Room) is...

This was my second time staying at the Ipswich Inn. The rooms are cozy, clean and have all the right accommodations for a wonderful stay in historic Ipswich. I have stayed in the Wicker Room in 2014 and in the Swedish Room in 2016. The images of the rooms on the website are exactly what you can expect. The breakfast...

This is a great place to stay in historic Ipswich. Staff is very helpful and accommodating. Our room had a very comfortable bed, TV with cable, microwave, refrigerator and Keurig coffee maker - real mugs- no paper cups. Besides the coffee supplies, there were waters in the refrigerator. Free WIFI and delicious breakfast included.

I spent one night on the third floor of this Inn during my recent stay in the area. The hosts were friendly and the breakfast was very acceptable. The staff was very helpful in giving directions and helping me with my airline boarding pass. But.... It is interesting (?) to be in a place called a Bed and Breakfast and...

Excellent stay in Ipswich Inn. The breakfast they serve is too good. Rooms are nice and clean. The owner Ray is a real nice person and he is always there to help. I would love to go back there. Highly recommended.

We chose the Ipswich Inn based on location to Crane's Beach for a wedding we were attending. It was only 10 minutes from the wedding location and walking distance into Ipswich for restaurant options. The East Room was great size for two and had all the amenities we needed. It was great to have breakfast included and so many options...

Wonderful B&B. The room was lovely, the hosts were great and the breakfast was fantastic. Eat out on the back patio and enjoy the butterflies in the gardens and watching the bees in the corner of the yard keep busy with their hive. We stayed in the wicker room which was very nice. In room amenities included private bath with...

There is not enough to say about Ray and this beautiful Bed and Breakfast. Our every need was met. We booked a room too small for our family of four and Ray graciously worked to find us another room and even went the extra mile by arranging to have our boys in a room next to ours so we could...
