Went to Lenox for our Spring Break! Foxhollow has a great layout on a beautiful estate! The condos were constructed in the 80/90s and it's evident in the bathroom. Despite the fact that the bathroom was outdated, everything worked! And the kitchen looked newly updated. We had a great view over one of the many ponds on the grounds. Glad...

My husband and I bought into this timeshare 6 years ago because it was close enough to home to stay whenever we wanted to get away. This is not a luxury establishment. It is more like a simple and comfortable place to stay in the mountains. The grounds are beautiful and the location to shopping, eating and enjoying the Berkshire...

This is the fifth time we have stayed at Ponds so we do like it. The positives are the location. The grounds are beautiful and you are close to Lennox, Stockbridge and Lee as well as skiing at Butternut and, a bit further a field, Jiminy and Catamount. The part of the review I have to be realistic about is...

First off, if you are a disabled traveller with any mobility issues at all stay far away from this resort! This was our second time staying at this quaint picturesque small resort nestled into The Berkshires. The first stay was in 2012 and on that visit we enjoyed it very much. It's a quiet older resort set on beautiful scenic...

Firstly, I would like to thank you for taking the time to relay your experience of your recent stay at the Ponds at Foxhollow. Feedback as such, is sometimes difficult to swallow, however it is only through feedback of this manner, we are able to maintain and where necessary, make positive change to our resort and the service we provide...

We stayed at The Ponds at Fox Hollow the second week of November. We chose this resort based on the many positive reviews. Unfortunately, our experience was quite different. We have come to expect that sometimes Armed Forces Vacation Club members are given the “poor cousin accommodations”. Our second floor two-bedroom unit was dated and in need of renovations as...

Thank you for your feedback, we appreciate it. I will investigate this matter because had I been notified I would have taken the steps to ensure the quality of stay met your expectations as well as ours. We pride ourselves in our housekeeping and our service. Again, I will be investigating this matter with housekeeping and the front desk.

We stayed for 1 week. We stayed in a 1 bedroom unit. It was falling apart. The fan in the bathroom was so loud we couldn't turn it on. There was a strip of wood in front of the bathtub unfinished. The heating system is deficient and the bathroom has no heat. The floor tiles are cracked. The mirrors have...

We love the Berkshires but the Ponds at FoxHollow is disappointing. For the cost I would expect a bit more. The Unit that we have stayed in for the second time (stayed in Fall of 2015) was very tired and dated. It needs a lot of TLC. But the straw that broke the camel's back was the bed in the...

This complex is very nice and peaceful. It has both an indoor and outdoor pool. The place is very well kept, clean, and there is a full size washer/dryer in each condo, which comes in handy if you are travelling with children. I highly recommend this complex for couples and those with children. The views on the property are speactular.
