Compared to other Hyatt place hotels it is a bit older. I didn't like that even though it is not in town it charges $10 for parking per day and it didn't have a laundry. The breakfast was fine the same as other Hyatt sites. The room was fine, clean and quiet. One good thing is that the shuttle will...

This hotel is a little ways outside of Boston, but it is not too inconvenient to access downtown from the hotel using public transportation and/or taxi. The hotel staff members were friendly, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable.

Stayed 2 nights over a weekend. The girl who checked us in was friendly & helpful, getting out a map and pointing out a few things. I'd requested a quiet room & she said she'd obliged, however our room was directly opposite the elevator!? General lack of staff was felt at times, one lady at reception on Sunday morning trying...

We were in Medford over the Labor Day weekend visiting our daughter and stayed at the Hyatt Place for 3 nights. The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. We had a standard room on the 7th floor right next to the elevator and were surprised at how quiet it was. The room itself was very spacious and...

I generally sleep like a log, but the noise from the room's AC unit was unbelievable - every time it cycled on it sounded like a vacuum cleaner in the room. If it hadn't been over 90 degrees outside, I would have slept without it. It ruined an otherwise completely fine hotel stay.

OK, So if you have stayed at a newer Hyatt Place (I have) you will be a little disappointed since the hotel is on the older side. Having said that, the hotel staff is awesome! The buffett is great! The location is superb. They even have a shuttle that can drop you to the station where you can take the...

We were traveling with family and all 5 adults were able to stay in one room. The room had 2 double beds, and the sitting room had a nice sofa that opened into a double bed. We interacted with many of the hotel staff, and they all made us feel as if they were glad to have us staying with...

This hotel offers very friendly service, free wifi and printer access, free complimentary breakfast, a small gym, pool, free underground secured parking - but most importantly comfortable spacious rooms at the cost of a VRBO. I don't regret having booked a long weekend here. The access to TUFTS is easy and for a college trip and parent visit this place...

Hyatt Places are markedly similar once you're inside their rooms, so the only real way for them to differentiate themselves in service. I stayed twice at this HP in Medford within a week, and during both my stays, they had the best service I've ever experienced at a Hyatt Place. Everything about my stay was handled practically and with genuine...

Very nice place and the continental breakfast makes it a value. Very helpful front desk staff. Sent my 8 year old grandson down for a few things and front desk staff assisted him every time. Room was very spacious and in great state of repair.
