My husband and I stayed for 3 nights with our dog in October and had a great time. We loved walking the dog around the property, our room was very clean, and the staff was super friendly. I enjoyed the coffee from the lobby each...More
We stayed for two nights. The accommodation was a little dated but extremely comfortable. The kitchenette proved to be useful. Loved the free coffee in the reception!
Well positioned for seeing the whole island.
The staff are very friendly and helpful
In many ways this is a great place to stay. Pleasant, friendly staff, large suite, comfortable beds, clean, easy parking and pretty surroundings. My only gripe is the shabby exterior. Our hearts sank as the outside suggested a bit of a dive but as soon...More
Unfortunately we were supposed to visit and the day we were to go, the ferry was not reliable due to a Tropical Storm Warning. Instead of refunding the stay, they insisted on only offering a credit for future use. $424 that they kept despite providing...More

I am not familiar with either of these specific units' but the condominium suite unit we stayed in (thirty something??) is functionally a 2BR unit with 1.5 bathrooms. There is a main BR, and a second sleeping area with 2 twin beds next to the living area, but it has a half wall rather than a full wall adjoining the living room. I found the place very clean and the staff very friendly, and eager to address any issues if you had a problem. The office opens late on weekends and my wife and kids loved the complementary k cup coffee and hot chocolates in the office. The distance to the beach and Lola's restaurant (BTW $1 oysters during happy hour) is great. The distance to the center of Oak Bluffs is about a 20 minute walk or a 5 minute bike ride. Hope this helps. We really like the pool and tennis courts are also available. Have fun.

The townhouse is spacious; 1 full bath ground level, ground floor bedroom has 2 twin beds, spiral staircase to master bedroom with 1/2 bath, pull out couch in the living room, small kitchen area, balcony to drink/eat breakfast in morning, room was clean. Location is closer to Oak Bluffs, on bike path, bus route, only a few minutes away. The ferry port is at Vineyard Haven and Oak Bluffs, bus and taxi service is available at both. Edgartown can be reached via bus or bike.
