When I told the front desk the bathroom still have previous guest hair in the tub and on the counter he said so sorry but would not send someone to clean it. The rooms smelled, it was noisy and the customer service was terrible .

I am so sorry to read of your experience at our hotel; your experience has become a teachable moment for our whole staff. Your visit certainly did not live up to our standards.

Stayed here for one night. Room was on the first floor, facing Route 1, which wasn't bad, but it was level with the parking lot.
Room was a little bit dated, and no fridge/microwave. Heat worked well. Bathroom was updated and spacious.

Rooms are beautiful and well taken care of! Henry and Miranda/Michelle/I can't remember her name, long red hair at the desk are wonderful. Everything clean and well done! Indoor pool, DIGITAL KEY IS FABULOUS!
