On the plus side, the pub restaurant was exceptionally good value for money, with a very good standard of well prepared food. My family (Mum, Dad and two adult children) would not hesitate to recommend the restaurant. However, the hotel was very disappointing and in urgent need of a complete overhaul to bring up to a modern standard. The rooms...

A good bugget hotel near wolverhampton, tea, coffee, a large room and a very good eatery next door, part of a club. very large rooms, a bit worn but what do you want for 23 pounds a night. well worth a visit and good for last minute bookings

Booked via a price comparison site, for £25.00, & meal in a box at £4.00 each. We had room 29. Carpet had seen better days, but bed was just lovely. Light in room was a tad on the darker side, but nothing serious. Bathroom clean, hand soap full both above sink and in the shower. Only downside was the couple...

booked 11 nights for work in the area. Paid up front but wanted to move after the first night. Rooms filthy and damp, mould growing on the ceiling and bathrooms disgusting. Televions don't work in any rooms and never cleaned. Wouldn't give us our money back and basically said tough. We camped in reception until they moved us to another...

Have to agree with all the other comments , it smells mouldy , it is mouldy and it's falling to bits , other than wifi , it's got nothing good going for it. The bar next door is lively though and stays open late .

This hotel is the worst place I have ever stayed in and the staff were extremely uninterested and unwelcoming. I would have rather slept in my car because I have been BITTEN a number of times on my arms and legs from bed biting bugs in the room! The itching from the wounds have left me to feel extremely uncomfortable...

This Hotel is THE WORST hotel I have ever stepped into, it is more or a dump than a hotel. The moment you step into reception the building smells of damp, mouldy walls, the corridor leading up to the rooms is dirty and dingy lighting. We stepped into the room which consisted of a mouldy, moth eaten chair, filthy beds....

We stayed in this hotel for one night, we booked 3 rooms one had an electric plug point hanging off the wall and no hot water, our bathroom door would not close or lock and had a huge dent in it. It was not very clean. We also paid for a breakfast which we later decided not to take and...

We were originally given the keys to room 23. It was so dirty and disgusting that we asked for an alternative room and were given Room 18. This was not much better. Dirty carpets. Stained, smelly, ripped mattress. Stained dirty bath. Filthy floors. Pillows smelt old and damp. Brown stains all over the curtains. Stains on the headboards. It made...
