Very nice rooms at a reasonable rate in mid - October. Ginger, Bo and Molly the dogs always greeted you and Chris was very helpful at check-in. The beach house is situated very close to the action in downtown P - Town. Ask for the best view- 2nd floor and up facing the bay with a balcony!

Just stayed for three days. Staff personable and eager to help. Room right on the water - watched fishing boats coming and going, a cruise ship outside the harbor, and a lighthouse across the water. Bed very comfortable, good lighting, nice heat and glow fireplace and two friendly house doggies.

My wife and I stopped here on a whim and we were not disappointed! Chris and the rest of the staff were very friendly and happy to answer any questions that we had. The location is perfect, as it is right in the heart of P-Town. The room had a beautiful view of the water and made this stop on...

Aside from being the most beautiful guest house in provincetown and simply one of the beautiful buildings, the front porch and the location are as well as good as it gets- the rooms are all traditional new england but very upscale and have beautiful light- the captains suites on the water side are more expensive but worth every cent- the...

The staff was wonderful, breakfast was delicious. The room I got was clean and quaint, but had a nice view of the docks. It was my first time staying in the area and they were more than gracious hosts.

it is obvious that Michael and Chris love there in. They are very attentive and friendly. The staff is wonderful keeping your rooms fresh and clean. We come here every year looking forward to enjoying our breakfast on the covered porch out looking commercial Street. The best Inn in town we believe. Steph & Pat

Whenever we can, when in P-town, we stay at the Anchor Inn. It is so well located, clean, great rooms and linens etc and welcoming hosts. Try for a water view on one of the upper floors. It is quiet, even when Commercial Street is very busy and noisy.

First off, the location is excellent. Right in the middle of all of the shops and restaurants, simply can't be beat location wise. Parking was a little tight but a spot was included in our reservation. The staff were friendly and helpful. When I made the reservation I called and asked if we would be getting a balcony we could...
