We live on the Cape and had lunch at the Crown & Anchor this week because the Lobster Pot was closed. Had the Fried Calamarie and bowl of Clam Chowder for appetizers and the Wellfleet Mussels and a beet salad with Lobster for the main course. The peppers in the Calamarie were

While PTown is a little slow on Halloween, the Crown and Anchor entertainment was great. A seven foot tall drag queen emceed the show with wit and rancor... kept things moving and fun. The hit for the evening was not a drag, but a very, VERY cute performance by one of the

Getting to this Inn, is a little challenging as it is Commercial St. But, in the post Labor Day season, Ptown is a lot less crowded. Check-in was easy. Parking is provided off site, at a gym about 6 short blocks away. Room is average and it was clean. A/C was a bit noisy. Worst

HI This is the first complaint this year re: mattress being uncomfortable. All hotel rooms and their bedding and mattresses are evaluated each and every year and i apologize if your room mattress was not to your standard but again we will reevaluate at the end of the season and upgrade as we do each and every year. if you had asked to "upgrade" my staff would have been more than willing to oblige. Our continental breakfast includes, Coffee, tea, muffins, variety of coffee cake loaves or other samples along with juice and yogurt. We believe this is a very "good" selection for a continental breakfast. Hopefully you can return in the summer season, and really see all the action!!

As we are an entertainment complex with a lot of activity going on at all times, we are not a pet friendly hotel environment. This has as much to do with the comfort of the pets as it does the guests' comfort.
