Admiral's Landing is a find. We were there for an autumn getaway and stayed in one of the newly designed rooms. It was pure luxury. I only wish that I could bring home those heated floor tiles in the bathroom. Mmmmm. The room was so tasteful and so thoughtfully put together - one of the best rooms I've ever stayed...

You arrive as a guest and leave as a friend. Breakfast is always great and the conversation around the take is a plus. Robin's baking is always a delight and Audry's smile starts your day off right. On site parking is a huge plus in Ptown. I can't say enough about the lovely rooms or the service. Seriously, consider this...

The Inn is beautifully kept and recently updated. We were more than comfortable! What really made our stay fabulous were Robyn and Audri who couldn't have been more friendly, helpful, hospitable - and great cooks to boot! We can't wait to return and have our morning coffee, treats and fabulous conversation! We miss it already! (home 24 hours)

Spent 3 nights this fall in Provincetown at the Admiral's Landing Bed and Breakfast. We were booked into the newly built studio forward and our accomodations couldn't have been any nicer. From the time we arrived and were allowed to check into our room early(noon) to the moment we checked out the service was outstanding. The room was spacious and...

Admirals's Landing is a great find and is perfect for spending a weekend in town with friends. Off-street parking and a very short walk to the heart of Commercial Street are two highlights making this my new go to spot while in P-Town.

Each year in September my wife and I travel to Provincetown. We have stayed with Robyn & Audri on each of our last four Fall vacation visits, and I would not think of staying at any other B&B. We love visiting Provincetown and the Outer-Cape and The "Admiral" is our New England home-away-from-home. The rooms are spacious and clean. The...

IF you are looking for a hotel where everything is corporate standardized, this is NOT the place for you! This bed and breakfast is simple and refreshing! The rooms are clean and well maintained and the hosts (you feel like you are visiting family) take the time to walk you through remotes for the TV, ice buckets and towels. The...

Lovely owners with attention to detail to make our stay wonderful. Spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds. Everything done to high standard. Breakfast was excellent with good coffee out of proper mugs & not paper cup land! Car parking available on site which is rare in Provincetown. Highly recommend.

Great accommodations and two warm, attentive hosts - Robyn and Audri - made our stay a wonderful experience. Our room was comfortable and tastefully appointed. Don't miss out on breakfast! Audri serves up amazing egg creations and Robyn bakes muffins/cakes that'll have you panting for more. There's a nicely stocked library and a charming common room to laze about in,...
