Background: Being from Vermont, we normally fly out of Burlington, Vermont or Montreal, Quebec. However, circumstances were such that due to a business meeting, we were closer to Boston than Burlington or Montreal. Verdict: We were at the Hampton Inn Boston - Logan only for a few hours of sleep for an early morning multi-thousand mile flight. It's under renovation,...

Convenient to Logan Airport and the food service was good. Staff were very helpful. Easy access to Airport on the shuttle. and rental car return. Room was clean and comfortable. Also had free parking.

I cashed in my hard earned Hilton points for a one bedroom suite, only to be given a crappy king bed in a run down property with no microwave or refrigerator. Had I known the entire property was under renovation and a nice room wouldn't be available, I would've changed my selection in room or hotel, but none of this...

Brutal stay. Hotel is under construction. I would definitely find somewhere else to stay. Staff doesn't care if you are unhappy. Remotes don't work, Wifi is iffy, telephones don't work. Worst of all, hotel is VERY NOISY! Car noise is bad enough, but the heat/airconditioner is even worse.

My daughter wanted to visit Salem for her birthday. Found this hotel be 10 miles away. We took UBER which was efficient. However there was construction going on at Hotel that we were unaware of. It was a busy hotel. Average breakfast included. They had a bad. That was opened til only 11 pm. Bartender was NOT friendly.

I paid to park and stay while flying out of Boston Logan, the hotel was ok and staff was decent, until I called for a ride upon my return. The staff member was rude, I waited an hour and a half and ended up ordering an Uber to retrieve my vehicle.

I just stayed before flying out of Boston Logan. Hotel was under construction on the outside and made the driveway only wide enough for 1 car. Rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly. It was just fine.

This was terrible. The rate value to what we got in service and appeal were not comparable. The outside looks abandoned. The service desk was horrible. Never offered any amenities for being a Hilton honors member. I was embarrassed that I recommended this place to my friends. I will never stay at a Hampton inn. Ever. You lost a customer.

It's been a few weeks since I stayed but the one thing that sticks in my mind is the grumpiest most surly barmaid I've ever encountered who spent all her time checking her Apps on her cell phone to the detriment of the guests in the bar.

Hotel is undergoing construction on the outside, but once inside it is quite nice. Room was quite nice, clean comfortable, larger than usual and comes with microwave & refrigerator. Breakfast was had a wide variety to choose from and was quite tasty. There's also a bar with bar food
