It's been a few weeks since I stayed but the one thing that sticks in my mind is the grumpiest most surly barmaid I've ever encountered who spent all her time checking her Apps on her cell phone to the detriment of the guests in the bar.

Hotel is undergoing construction on the outside, but once inside it is quite nice. Room was quite nice, clean comfortable, larger than usual and comes with microwave & refrigerator. Breakfast was had a wide variety to choose from and was quite tasty. There's also a bar with bar food

If you can, look for another accommodation at the airport! The location is very unfriendly, even if the rest of the service is average. And the hotel is very expensive for the quality of the service provided.

My husband and I needed a hotel for 2 nights, and since we were flying out early in the morning, we wanted to be fairly close to the airport. This Hampton Inn was perfect. Clean hotel with decent breakfast spread. Hotel shuttle was convenient and much welcomed due to my late arrival and early departure. As I stayed only a night, the hotel met the few expectations that I had.

Disclaimer - We only stayed 1 night here as we were taking the ferry over to a B&B in Salem. Good things: 24 hour shuttle to Boston Logan Airport, breakfast provided The not so good: Dated hotel in not the best area of town; shuttle was filthy, hotel was cleaner than the shuttle but definitely on the 'dingy looking' side;...

We arrived during rain and had to walk from distant parking lot through construction to get to lobby. We were not advised at time of making reservation that hotel was under construction. Another guest remarked on the same. Before bed we asked person at front desk to have someone come to help us with heavy bags at 4:15 a.m. She...

Be sure to ask about the REAL location of the hotel before booking and paying. It was a shock to see the location of the hotel when the shuttle arrived. Survey asks the same questions over again. Too long!

The hotel is undergoing some outside renovations making entry a bit difficult. Arrival/departure traffic limited to a single lane causing some backup in obtaining transportation. But inside, the hotel was clean and rooms were in good shape. Staff from front desk to bar to breakfast to maid service were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast standard H.I. type meal but lots...

Some of it OK, but several issues. Room was decent enough, common areas clean and tidy, reasonable basic breakfast.Some staff friendly and helpful, some not. BUT...had mailed hotel to ask about airport shuttle arrangements and got no reply. Having collected our luggage, phoned hotel to ask for shuttle and was told pick up in 10 minutes.So we waited.. and waited...after...
