We stayed in Rockport for three days. We had the captains room which is a nice room with enough space and separate entrance. The inn has a nice lounge and a verandah. The hosts are very hospitable. Breakfast is good.

Everything exceeded expectations! Beautiful inn, huge, immaculately clean room, great breakfast, and most of all super friendly hosts. Ted and Jen always greeted us with a smile and seemed genuinely happy to have us in their home. The inn is a 5 minute stroll to Bearskin Neck, the Shalin Liu Center and many shops and restaurants. You can't do any...

The Addison Choate Inn has a good location, just a short walk from town. Our room was bright, airy, clean and comfortable. It was one of two at the top of some very steep stairs which could be a problem for some travelers or anyone with a heavy suitcase. Other rooms are available with more normal staircases and there is...

As guests for 4 nights, Jen and Ted went out of their way to help us with recommendations for sight seeing; excellent meals with a variety of restaurants within walking distance in town; and stylish, boutique shops and art galleries also in town. Our room was spacious, exceptionally clean, very comfortable, large bathroom and ample clothes closet. Very good air...

Located within a short walk of the waterfront with its shops and restaurants, and close to the natural attractions of this small seaport town, the Addison Choate is a small treasure....

I stayed at the Addison Choate Inn for 4 days after Labor Day. The innkeepers, Jen and Ted, were gracious, helpful, and accommodating. The breakfasts were all delicious, with portions that were just right--not too small, not too big. And the conversation around the breakfast table was always stimulating and interesting. I especially enjoyed the reading room, with 2 reading...

We spent two very relaxing nights at the Addison Choate Inn in Rockport. The Inn overall was charming and the hosts were very welcoming. Our room, The Captain's Room, was comfortable, quiet, and private. The breakfasts in the morning were delicious, especially the whole grain waffles. We enjoyed a week long stay, July 24-31, 2016. Jen and Ted were marvelous hosts as days began with healthy/gourmet breakfasts outdoors on the veranda (also a terrific spot for afternoon tea), great coffee, and enjoyable conversations with other guests. We stayed in the large blue & white Hearth Room appointed with sofa, TV, small fridge, and very comfortable bed...
