Our first trip to Rockport was greatly enhanced by a two night stay at the Addison Choate Inn. We were greeted by Jen (our gracious, caring, and accommodating host) and knew our stay would be great (which it was!). Located just a few blocks from the quaint shops and restaurants which Rockport offers, our room was spacious, clean and comfortable....

First of all, my fiancé and I would like to extend our thanks and appreciation to Jen and Ted for their accommodation. We had scheduled a night to stay at the inn but had a death in the family that required us to attend a memorial service. Luckily, my fiancé called the Inn and Ted said that we could push...

The Addison Choate is a nice place! Jen is very personable. Captain's room is nice but if you are a light sleeper ask for a room that doesn't face the road since it is one of the main roads to the center of town.

While we were out of our original plan for a B$B experience in Glouster, it turned out to be in our favor in finding Jen and Ted at Addison Choate Inn. Jen is so personable and an excellent cook. Ted peeked our interest with a Charter trip in the near future. The Inn was clean, pleasantly decorated and a very...

We spent three nights at the Addison Choate recently. It is a beautiful old inn that has lots of character. We absolutely love the big wrap around porch! The inn is conveniently located to everything...shops, restaurants, the water. You can park at the inn and walk everywhere. A breakfast is included with the room (cooked by Jen) and is served...

My husband and I came to Rockport for the weekend as a "little getaway" and as soon as we arrived at the Addison Choate Inn, we were impressed! Ted let us park in the lot (we were a few hours early for check in) and, because our room was ready, he let us check in. We absolutely loved how convenient...

Our stay began with a warm welcome from Ted & Jen. The Inn is charming and very welcoming. When you walk in, you walk back in time. Ted gave us a wonderful recommendation for dinner and Jen made an incredible French toast dish that was delectable. It was great to get to know two wonderful people. We look forward to...

I have decided that inns are for me!! My husband and I stayed Saturday and Sunday at Addison Choate Inn and it was perfect! Jen made us feel at home the minute we walked in.. The inn is beautifully decorated and the rooms are very nice. We were seeing a show at Shalin Liu Performance Center which is a short...

Historical house with lots of charm. Jen helped us out at the last minute and provided a very enjoyable experience. Hardwood floors and clean updated bathrooms made the room nice and a gourmet breakfast was a treat in the morning. She accommodated us by allowing us to park for a little extra time in her lot so that we could...

My husband and I stayed with Jen & Ted on our 22nd Anniversary trip to Rockport. We usually do not stay at B&B's. They definitely made our first time at a B&B very enjoyable. The home was clean and we felt right at home. They even fixed us a very nice breakfast with homemade waffles on our last morning earlier...
