Off season offered better rates. The Cape Cod Rail trail beginning in South Dennis was perfect for bike riding. Strongly recommend riding the trail weekdays. We were there on a Wednesday. We brought our own bikes but there are many bike rentals located right on the bike trail. Traveling past cranberry bogs and water views. We didn't do the entire trail only 10 miles out and 10 miles back. The trail is 25 miles long one way and gets hilly near the end. In October, some restaurants and shops close early or only open on Thursdays through weekends. Loved Mac's Chatham Fish and Lobster Restaurant for freshest fish, outdoor and indoor casual dining. They also offered gluten free options which kept me safe. Loved the staff and the fish market right in the same building assured us of fresh quality seafood.

John and Jay are as friendly and helpful as they come. While a bit pricey, the view is exceptional and the comfort and quality of the room made it worth the dollars spent. We were totally relaxed all weekend, and look forward to a week-long stay next summer.

Just spent a week here and it was GREAT!. The room was very comfortable (small shower) and the private deck overlooking the water was terrific. It was a great place in the center of everything we wanted to do/see. They gave us great recommendations on places to eat and to avoid. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

A wonderful place right on the beach - go to sleep and wake up to the murmur of the ocean, smell the salt in the air, watch sunrise and sunset right from the patio. Seashells, tides, seagulls, beautiful nature all around and a great choice of restuarants and shops close by. All the comforts of home and a friendly and helpful staff too. We had a great stay and plan to return

Beautiful location. The gentlemen at the front desk John and Jay are wonderful!! They know the area very well and have many recommendations of what to see, where to eat etc. Going to the Chatham Fish Pier and to watch the fishing boats come in and unload their catch was very interesting.
