We were there in May so didn't inquire regarding beach passes. The resort is on the Parker's River, great views across to low land marsh, and situated on a dead end street. Good amount of lawn on river side of building, picnic tables, gazebo - good space for moving about. I suggest that you call the resort directly, they have a
very helpful staff.
