carpet was old and filthy in our room. Entire hotel very run down with no attempt at re-freshening. Staff was rude at best. fitness center was on upstairs floor - had to plug in machines to use. no elevator and no consideration for elderly lady with 2 knee replacements. don't go outside in the evening. pretty rough crowd hanging around...

The most disgusting hotel ever!!!!! This hotel doesn't even deserve one star. I checked in here after a 16 hour drive from Chicago and when I walked into the hotel it smelled like a dirty nursing home. It was either that or there's dead bodies in here. It's the most disgusting hotel! Don't waste your money here cause you can...

Stayed at the lakeside Saturday night. Hotel was extremely hard to find and poor signage. Receptionist was very nice, staff were great. Room was dingy, hair dryer in the bathroom had exposed wires, room was small and cramped, school unit in the wall looked broken. As I slept the fitted sheet kept coming off the mattress and seemed like it...

Room was clean, employees friendly and accessible. Restaurant/Bar offers entertainment with great food. Rooms are large. A small refrigerator would have been nice but not necessary. Great restaurants within walking distance. Wonderful walk path around the lake.

The bed was really comfortable. Much nicer inside than it looks from the outside and than expected. Breakfast was ok but not much choice and lacking in fresh ingredients. The bar downstairs was good value and the band playing on the Saturday was great. Couldn't hear it at all from the room on the 1st floor so no need to...

I have stayed here on several occasions while travelling for work. The staff is friendly. The rooms and the hotel is in desperate need of upgrading. The whole hotel has a retirement-home smell. The food at the bar is decent. The location is not the best for getting in to Boston. Better get an Uber.

I have stayed at the hotel 3-4 times over the past year. It was described as just completing renovations but on one stay there was damage to the wall. One room lacked a telephone and alarm clock. I did report this at 3 AM the first night of my last stay. I was told it at least a phone would...

Boston is an expensive city so this is not a fancy hotel because it's cheaper and on the suburbs. With that said, the hotel has a great lake view, clean bed and bathroom, which is what you normally look for when you are paying less than the average. Good internet speed.

The hotel at first view seemed to be an office building with a temporary sign tacked out over the door. Staff unfriendly, we had two rooms one on the first floor seemed like it had been recently redone, but bathrom had grimy grouting, black mold, ceiling over tub peeling off like the one upstairs had leaked down, and bugs. One...

Family run motel by a daughter Catherine aka Cat who could care less. Very rude, abrasive and condescending. Location would be ideal for a decent hotel who cares about appearance, customer and quality. Look for smiles on the workers faces...there are none. Look for smiles on the faces of those who stay here... there are none. That tells all.
