Staying at the Mulberry Bed $ Breakfast is like staying with a close friend in their home. The lovely Cape Cod house is charming, convenient, and affordable. It is located in a neighborhood setting, and away from the crowds of the cape. I stayed for a weekend while attending a function at Massachusetts Maritime Academy, and found it to be...

The accommodations were clean and very much a trip back in time. Fran was very hospitable from the second we walked in. The B&B is more of...

We stayed in the first floor room which is a queen...

I really appreciated the location, close to the Bourne Bridge, for going to Cape Cod the next day. She has many beautiful antiques in this home that was once a general store, and three lovely rooms. The one on the first...

“There are four bedrooms, choose a second floor rear, for a quieter stay, though all rooms are relatively quiet around 9pm!”
