We stayed in a suite--2 bedrooms, 4 queen sized beds. It was clean. Bathroom and sink areas had been updated. I had no complaints. It was difficult to control the air conditioning, but it kept the room cool. The pool areas were clean.

Thank you for your question! Our mattresses are new Serta mattresses that are quite comfortable. Our pullout sofa is perfect, especially if you are staying as a family and need some extra space. July is a great time to visit not only for the wonderful surroundings on Cape Cod, but also because our outdoor pool and cabana bar will be open! We do have a 24 hour coffee station in our lobby for you to enjoy, as well as a microwave you are welcome to use!
