My sixteen-year-old daughter and I stayed here for eight nights in August 2016. The hotel is outdated, however, it can be overlooked because the motel is the best bargain on the Cape. I didn't know what to expect based on the reviews and was pleasantly surprised. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. We arrived on a cloudy day and...

It is out dated, mold in bathroom, electric outlets did not work, light in room very dim. Not adequate towels, even though we stayed two nights they did not give us towels for 3 persons. We needed to go to the main office to request more. No breakfast, you need to go to the Dunkin Donuts place right next door....

This was the worst room I have ever stayed in! The ceiling looked like it was going to fall down on us. Water stains all across the ceiling and there is huge hole from where the paint fell. The bathtub was also stained. Definitely needs to be renovated. The people at the front desk were nice and the pools were...

It's one of the least expensive places to stay in the area. Is it the most beautiful place, no but it's affordable and comfortable. There's outdoor and indoor pool, nobody has ever bothered us while there. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. It's less than a mile from the best breakfast spot in the cape Keltic Kitchen. The cleaning...

My room was occupied by another party and when I was given another room it was not only missing pillows it smelled like urine. The water pressure in the shower was non existent. Stay away from here. The following morning when I complained I was told that new owners were taking over and that my money could not be adjusted....

No flat screen TV (has an old CRT TV), no in-room coffee maker, no microwave, no shampoo, no breakfast, mattresses with little or no spring left, and very weak wifi signal. Despite all that, the room was clean and there are three swimming pools and located near a very nice beach (Seagull).

When we booked our three night stay at the Town 'N' Country I told my husband that when comparing prices of other properties that this may be an adventure. But, I was pleasantly surprised with our stay after reading recent reviews. Check-in was a breeze, Alana was helpful, friendly and very professional. In my professional life I do spend a...

Stayed over on a Friday and Saturday in July. Quick check in with a pleasant staff. Both outdoor and indoor pools. Our room had two full beds and was very clean and large. Small fridge in room was nice. Ice bucket and plastic glasses. The motel was busy and guests were having fun at the pool. They have a picnic...

We had no problem at check in and the staff was very helpful with suggestions on beaches and restaurants. Our 2nd floor rooms were up degrading stairs (no elevator, so ask for first floor if an issue). AC was strong point.. otherwise hard , unfriendly mattresses, no coffee in room, no iron. Free coffee in reception area, pool looked nice....

Front desk staff don't know about nearby attractions, clientele is rif raf, rooms are clean but bare minimum. Small TV. Fridge is not cold enough. People hanging outside at 10 pm and talking loud. Bed was squeeky.
