You really can't beat the location on the edge of campus. It's a good price point for a homey spot. It's old fashioned and there are actual keys for the rooms, but that adds to the character. Didn't get food this time but I have in the past. The brunch is great there.

Great place to stay when visiting Williams College. Convenient and nice! Warm and wonderful feel to the Lobby and Tavern. Rooms are super clean and comfortable. Walking distance to the Clark and right on Williams Campus. Could not be easier for visits to Williams.

The Williams Inn needs to be rebuilt from the ground up. This is the fourth year that I have stayed while visiting my child. Everything in the room (313) was old and the walls were paper thin. We listened to our neighbors talk starting at 7:42am as if they were in the bed next to us. Another alternative would be...

I booked a night at the Williams Inn for a quick getaway in celebration of our 50th wedding anniversary. I am so glad I did. The staff, from the desk clerk to the wait staff in the restaurant were all friendly and helpful. Our room was an upgrade from the standard two double beds was nicely furnished. The king bed...

I was appalled by the condition of the facility. The whole place smelled like the pool. Our room may have been "clean" but they were so dingy and worn out that it was impossible to trust that it was clean. The AC/heat smelled. The bathroom light switch didn't work properly and I felt was unsafe. This place is in desperate...

Thank you for providing candid feedback about your stay at The Williams Inn. I am disappointed to hear that your stay was anything less than wonderful. We are an older Inn, which we feel is part of our charm, but I can assure you everything here is safe and well maintained. If you are in the area again, I encourage...

We had a nice stay at the Williams Inn. The staff was helpful and kind. The facility was a little tired with an older pool and no fitness center. The beds were softer than I am used to. The breakfast was free... eggs, breads and steel cut oats with coffee, teas and juices. It is walking distance to the Williams Campus....

Williamstown Inn is a quaint hotel with nice and friendly service. The rooms are large and comfortable, and the price is quite reasonable. The restaurant food is general local. They serve a buffet breakfast in the morning, which is included in the room price. The restaurant and bar are open for dinner. It is nice for an overnight or extended...

This was my first trip. Since we got a good rate, I wasn't expecting too much but was very surprised at how great the place was. A beautiful place, very clean, friendly, great breakfast, spacious and great staff. All in all, would not think twice about staying here again.

If I'm honest, walking to the room was fairly creepy and reminded me of The Shining! But the room was spacious and warm. The whole hotel is very dated, but has the most amazing bar. The lady tending the bar was also lovely. Breakfast was very poor. Waffles and rubbery eggs.

Thank you for your honesty. There are some very quiet nights in the winter, but we promise that the quiet is the only similarity to The Shining. I'm glad you enjoyed yourself at the bar and I wish you would have felt the same way about breakfast. We don't have any waffles but hopefully the steel cut oats, cottage cheese,...
