Great hotel right in birch run by the outlet mall, we had fantastic stay. Great staff, pool is very clean and nice, very nice to enjoy the weather in Frakenmuth with it being so close only 10 minutes away. Country inn here in birch run is the best place to stay when I’m in the area.
My friends and I had a great experience at this hotel. They were very nice and helpful. Perfect location for shopping and dining we just leave the car parked at the hotel and walked everywhere. There pool is nice and not busy at all. The whole hotel was very clean and well kept.
Me and my family stayed at the country inn over the weekend. First off the location beats any other hotel I’ve stayed at in birch run. It’s right In front of the outlet mall.Great pool and jacuzzi. There free breakfast was really tasty. There front desk was very welcoming and helped us figure out things to do on our stay. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a family friendly hotel.
This hotel was completely disgusting. The man checking us in was "wearing" a mask, but it wasn't over his nose and barely covered his mouth. He was also wearing a sweat shirt, not something that should be worn to greet guests. Upon entering the room, the bed looked like the sheets were stored in the bottom of a closet for a year and thrown on the bed, wrinkles and all. A toddler could have made the bed look better. The carpet behind the end tables had a quarter inch of dust on it and hair ties/clips from the last person. They also weren't dusted because the sticky rings from the last person's pop cans still lingered. The tv credenza was the same, but also hiding used tissues and who knows what else. The chair in the room had some stains resembling blood in a couple places. The heater/ac unit hasn't been dusted since it was put in. The drain in the tub was brown....... I have no idea what that was from besides lack of cleaning. The tile floor also looked like it hasn't been cleaned for months. The back of the bathroom door had some kind of stain from coffee or something else spilled down it like someone had thrown a pot of coffee at it. We checked in late, around 1030pm, so there was no other room to move us to. Road weary, we decided to stay. Leaving early the next morning, with little sleep from the huge family across the hall making noise all night, we took the elevator down to see the "NO KIN" sign next to it where someone had painted over the "SMO" part. Very classy to leave that up by the way. No one was at the desk for us to complain about anything and we wanted to get on the road. This hotel should be shut down and fumigated before letting people stay ever again.…
Rooms were dated and there seems to be dust from unfinished repairs and the electrical outlet did not have covers on the wall. Pros: pool snd hot tub were warm and not crowded. Breakfast limited but the cook was kind enough to make egg sandwich since all the pre made with pork.
