I was pleasantly surprised by this little oasis! Not only was this place beautiful, but the front desk clerk (Alexis) noticed my discount wasn't applied to the room like it should have been, so she brought it to the attention of the manager on duty whom gladly added it for us! Not to mention he also helped me bring my things to my room when he saw me struggling! Outstanding customer service and quality! My 4yr old daughter and I decided to make this an annual trip now! Thank you so much!

Facility is well kept and clean. The staff per my experience all seem to enjoy their jobs which is then reflected in their positive attitudes and good customer service. Spoke with the manager Andre for a bit on the way in and out for this stay, was checked in super conveniently by Star at the front desk, and have a new favorite place to stay when i visit bridgeport.

I will never stay here again, and highly recommend others nor to stay. It appeared to me that staff was mot concerned with me ans my families comfort, only getting money. This was the most unpleasant stay ever.

I am very disappointed to see this review. We bent over backward to help you. I personally came up to your room to help you try to get on the internet. Whatever safety features were on your device would not allow you to access the wi-fi, and you were not familiar with how to turn them off. We called tech support to try to have them help you, but they were not able to help because of those same features. The other problems revolved around a pre-authorization of your card, which was controlled by your financial institution. And, unfortunately, there were guests that were across the hall that became loud and we did what we could to quiet them down. When you and I spoke I was under the impression that we had addressed all that we could address and you seemed satisfied. So, I was definitely disappointed to see this and sorry to see that you felt that way. We do care.
