After reading several reviews on other sites we decided to stay here. We had site 26, which was a water front site, very nice! The water sites are by far the nicest. There is a lot of seasonal sites very few open public sites. Campground would be crowded mid summer but we came the week after Labor Day and it...

If you like being up close and personal with your neighbors, this is the place for you. Very small campsites, very close together, way too crowded. Neighbors on each side and behind can hear everything you say and you hear them. Could have spit and hit the tent next to us. Though located on Lake Leelanau, there is no beach?

The only reason I give this a 3 is because the restrooms were clean and the people were very nice. Other than that, tight tight tight. This is not camping to me, it is like camping in the Walmart parking lot. there is truly very little if any space between sites. Just everyone is piled in. No privacy. Great area,...

We only stayed 2 nights and we had to move sites(part of our reservation) on Saturday. Check out is at noon check in is at 1:00. Due to the fact they have ONE dump station for over 163 sites on a one way road in the middle of the campground prepare to be in a line of many, many, many...

We ended up only staying one night here. It was very over priced for what they offered. The campground is located on the lake but they offer no beach which was very disappointing. The bathroom/showers were just okay. Could be nicer. And even though they advertise and have Wi-Fi, the connection was terrible! Never had Wi-Fi consistently. Constantly lost connection.

We choose this campground for our Labor Day weekend vacation. I had read previous reviews about being yelled at for speeding so I worried it would be unfriendly. Not the case! We drove the 5mph park speed limit and had no issues. It is a busy park, so it really is for our children's safety. Lake Leelanau was beautiful for...

I'll start my review by saying that I am not a fan of camping! However, this place was pretty nice. We had a spot right off the lake which made for a nice view. The campground is mostly full of seasonal RV's but there were quite a few tents. When we checked in the staff was very friendly and offered...

I was happy we were able to book a site within two weeks for a Wed-Sun stay in our tent for August. Our site was near the creek and just steps from the lake (18) I think those sites 15-21 should have the edges more clearly marked. After talking to multiple people in this area, none of us were really...

the campground was well maintained and everyone was friendly to us. Easy check in, we had a nice spot by the water. The spots are close together. The playground was great. There is no sandy beach but a very small area to walk into the water. Bathrooms were clean. All in all this was a good place to stay.

This campground had some really nice reviews on Google and are very reasonably priced. So why not. My husband and I, along with our 18 year old daughter stayed 3 nights over fathers day weekend. First I'd like to say the good, the bathrooms and showers were always clean stocked and well kept, grounds were clean, sites are reasonably spaced....
