I had a wonderful experience staying here. Polina, with whom I spoke to on the phone, said that they were all booked up with a wedding group. But she said one of the rooms in the B&B was not coming until Saturday. So she let me stay in that room for the night. They could not have been more pleasant...

First impressions were not good at Palmer Lake Lodges on Palmer Lake in Colon, Michigan. If you were in a pinch and like it rustic, this would be ok, if you're ok with cobwebs and a few other inconveniences. The photos on their website (by the way the website was changed after we booked in February) are nothing like the...

Spent a quiet and calm weekend away from the city. Very friendly hosts. Despite periods of shower, the weather cooperated. Want to be relax and enjoy a simple weekend, this is a place for you. You can find good food in the little town nearby. But the breakfast is served at the lodge.

Cannot speak for the cabins as we stayed in the B&B - it was very clean, bed was very comfortable and service and hospitality were great. Small issue with the water and it was taken care of immediately! Breakfast included several choices and very yummy!
