Enjoyed my stay. The room has a minimalist decor but includes a fridge and all other amenities you would expect. Clean room. Very comfortable bed. The gated parking lot is a definite plus. The staff was friendly and open to accommodating my request for a late check out. Excellent location very close to downtown Detroit. Would definitely stay here again.

Conveniently located downtown. Really neat and minimalistic rooms. Has the feeling of a bed and breakfast mixed with a hotel. The citrus water game in the lobby is on point. Every room gets a robe and slippers which I forgot to use because I am a dumb animal who sleeps in his pants.

I just stayed for one night and wish it could have been more. I am a travelling comedian and travel a lot. I was very impressed with the hotel. It is a boutique hotel for sure. The room was uniquely decorated. Very spacious. Great bed and bathroom. The parking lot is gated so now worries about your car. I loved...

Only stayed one night but room was very clean and comfortable bed. Staff was friendly. Area seemed safe and parking lot was secured with gate. We were in visiting family and this place is in great location. We were close to everything. Down side was no complimentary coffee!

My boyfriend and I were in town for a game at the Joe. The hotel itself was super cool. It was in a safe area, clean, and had a "Hipster" vibe! (Not in a bad way!) The front desk guy, John I think, was super nice. He gave us great recommendations on places to eat/hang out. I loved that the...

If you're looking for a place to stay that's quiet, this is not the place. I was in town for a very large exam and the doors were slamming, loud moaning, and so forth. The doors are not completely sealed nor do they reach the floor so there is approximately 1-2 inches of open space below each door. Noise travels....

A breath of fresh air from the normal chain experience, I really enjoyed my stay here. The white tiles and metal trolley in the bathroom were somehow reminiscent of a fifties hospital in an amusing way. Bare concrete floor with rugs and open rail for clothes are unusual. Near to a great brew pub and French cafe. More on site...

Hello, SimonBJ There's no higher compliment than a guest who promises to return, thank you! Our interiors set us apart from the mundane and we're glad you think so, too. You're right, Corktown is a great place to let your hair down and enjoy the real Detroit. We can't wait to see you again!

Very nice clean ,friendly, no frills hotel. Location is OK. A little off the beaten path and not many places to eat right nearby. You have to pay about $50.00 for an airport taxi. I think a very nice hotel for a reasonable price.

The hotel is newly renovated, the rooms are clean, the price is ok. The best thing about the hotel is the location. There are several breweries right around the corner, as well as some nice small restaurants, plus the hotel is just a 10 mins walk from city center. But there are 2 negative things about it. First of all,...

Detroit is such a great place and this hotel was very down to earth, approachable and friendly... The location overall is a little further out, but we felt safe. The hotel was very clean and very smart with an industrial repurposed design flair. Store snack and drinks were cheap... no $5 cokes here! They are growing and adding a restaurant!!...
