Thank you to Michelle for a wonderful stay at the Bambi Motel! The rooms are clean and comfy; little soaps, shampoo, conditioner are provided; ask for a coffee pot and she will provide the coffee, cups and little cookies. We had family staying in 7 of the rooms and Michelle and her family were kind enough to provide canopies, chairs and tables to accommodate all of us and several other family members who came by for a get-together. Thanks again!

This place is a diamond in the rough! A touch of yesterday with the cleanliness and peacefulness of today’s demand. We absolutely loved our stay. The new owners were super friendly and very accommodating to any of our needs (our son forgot his toothbrush!). Close to all the East Tawas attractions like the State Park, lighthouse, beaches and the downtown East Tawas shopping district. We highly recommend this place for those looking for a great relaxing place to stay for the weekend or like us, a mid week trip to avoid the busy weekend crowds. Thank you Michelle and Terry!

Amazing clean place to stay with that up north vibe. Close to town and things to do. Love the room with the beach theme. (My favorite!). Owners and staff are always so helpful with any questions on things to do or needed items / help. Highly recommended!

When I was with Estee Lauder, I always stayed in 4-5 star Hotels and NEVER a Motel.
Now that we have our own businesses and I travel every week, we look for more affordable accommodations. When I told my Assistant that I was staying at the Bambie Motel she thought that I had flipped out! What an amazing jewel!
It was extraordinary and I loved every aspect of my stay. The room was perfect...a very comfortable bed, luscious sheets, extreamly clean and very quiet. Michelle and Terry, the Owners, are wonderful and were very accommodating.
I will tell everyone that I know, when is the Tawas area, that is the place to be.
Just hope that there is always room for me when I am back in that area!

The family that owns this motel take pride in customer service and cleanliness of the rooms. Our room had new mattresses, refrigerator, microwave and flat screen tv. The flowers and chairs outside of our room made for a cozy place to relax. Close to town and restaurants. Highly recommend and look forward to a return visit.

We'd highly recommend the Bambi to anyone staying in the Tawas area. Such amazing customer service from the owners. From first contact to check out, they bent over backwards to help us in any way they could. The rooms are clean and neat and the motel is conveniently walkable to town. Can't wait to stay here again!

All I can say is my husband and I have done a lot of traveling. This is our fourth visit to the Bambi Motel in East Tawas and definitely our best visit. The new owners are amazing and they care about you and they want to make your stay as comfortable as possible, felt like we knew them forever, really great people! room was spotless!

Wonderfully maintained, clean, and comfortable. Our room (28) was large and well-appointed with everything you need. While the motel dates to the early 50s, it has been extremely well cared for. Parking is right in front of your room. We loved our stay here, and the owner is delightful. We would come back to this motel in a heartbeat.

I stayed at the Bambi Motel multiple times over the course of a month. Each stay, the room was incredibly clean and fresh. The owners are very kind and accommodating. They make sure you have a comfortable stay. The motel was quiet at night. The location is awesome. It is very close to downtown, food, shops, public beaches, and Tawas Point State Park. Great Experience!

If you visit Tawas City, Mi GO HERE!! The Bambi Motel is well maintained and taken care of regularly and it shows the rooms and patio outside arevery clean and it flows. Very peaceful. Plus the Owner is amazing.
