Staff was very helpful, rooms clean and comfy and a hot served complimentary breakfast in the morning. We've never stayed at a place with the breakfast area that feels and serves like a restaurant- very nice. Wonderful stay!

I had a couple minor things I left some feedback about when I got an email after my departure. Nothing I would say I could "complain" about, but just a couple minor issues. Anyhow, it was super impressive that the general manager got back to me immediately and apologize profusely. I would return. For sure. These things were not that...

Decided to stay at the Best Western because it had a bar and restaurant on our way to Mackinac Island. We choose the room with a hot tub in the room because there is no hot tub in the pool area. What a wonderful way to enjoy the evening. The hot tub was a wonderful way to relax. The room...

My wife and I were doing a circle tour around Lake Superior and booked this place for one stop. Our room decor was a step above some of our other stops and was very quiet overnight although there were many cars in the parking lot. The only downside was a lack of complementary free choice breakfast that we enjoy very...

What a disappointment for a chain. There was not enough staff in the two restaurants and the ones who were there were unfriendly. There was no hot water for showers and the pop machines were not working. The worst (for a group of seniors on tour), was that the toilets were so low to the ground. It made it very...

Great staff and a decent hotel. The young ladies at check in were great - very pleasant and helpful. The free breakfast at Pacino's is good, but the service was a little lacking. This is a decent option; ust over priced compared to other places I stay in this price range. A bit outdated and needs an upgrade to expect...

I've stayed here a few times, and it is ok. They do an interesting thing for breakfast where you have 4 choices and are served it specifically. So, there's no buffet, but breakfast is definitely satisfying. The shower has very poor water pressure. However, it IS clean. They do need new pillows, however!!!

One night stay in Escanaba with a group of friends traveling to a craft beer festival in Marquette the next day. The room was clean and had the usual amenities. The sofa bed was not made and looked rather unpleasant, so we deployed a queen size inflatable mattress that we had brought along just in case. The bar was OK,...

Overnight stay in Escanaba. We were a little disappointed in this Best Western which usually are quite good. Bedding and pillows need improvement. Bathroom had an old yellowed shower curtain..yuk! Small fridge and microwave and coffee maker in room. Free wifi...but cable would not work. This is not a remote area, so this was quite frustrating! The room was overpriced...

This hotel is not brand new but the staff do an outstanding job of maintaining it, from the parking lot to the rooms everything is tip top. The breakfasts are either a full buffet or a choice of 3 or 4 full breakfast menu options. This is not the do it yourself waffle table and bruised apple buffet I seem...
