The place was clean and neat. Although the swimming pool is a bit small, the place is good enough equiped to spend a day in the sun. The owner is very nice and offers help with everything. The bed was clean and bathroom was also clean

Nice room but small. Very clean. May be a little noisy because of people sitting outside of rooms. Not much in Graskop, but convenient to sightseeing on the panorama route. Owners very friendly and helpful.

The owner is friendly, welcoming and he knows all the best places to go in Graskop I guess he is a traveller himself. We travelled form the Eastern cape and I personally did not feel like I was so far from home because of the comfort. When we go back to Kruger National Park, I would definitely stay here again...

Jan 7 night: We stayed at Daan's Place for our one night stay in Graskop. This is a nice place to stay. The five rooms are each named after the Big 5 animals. The rooms are neat and come with a small kitchen as well. The bathrooms are neat and clean. The owner is quite helpful and gave us tips...

My boyfriend and I recently stayed at Daan's Place for 2 nights and can recommend staying here to anyone wishing to explore the Panorama Route as it is central and very good value for money. Daan's Place is situated on the edge of town and is easy to find as it is situated directly next to the police station just...

We had the best stay of our trip in South Africa at Daans place. The owner (Daan) is such a hospitable guy and makes sure you are both comfortable and helps you plan your trip in Graskop and neighbouring attractions. He helped us with planning our Kruger trip also, changing around the accommodation so that we would save a lot...

Excellent accommodation, it might look a bit "old" but for us this added to the character of the place and South Africa in general. Everything you'll need is present in de room. Even a TV including a mediabox. All in all you'll get excellent value for money! The owner is very nice and gives a lot of information about the...

We arrived directly from Joburg at Daan's Place and were pretty tired. Accomodation was clean and well equiped. Heater was available as well. Host was really helpful with tipps for our travel to the Blyde River Canyon. Only negative thing, which was not a real problem: the walls are pretty thin and you can hear almost everything's going on in...

The shower had a slight problem, water pressure was very slow and the drain was slightly blocked but there is drought so it had to be...

The rooms are well equiped; bed was very comfortable; owners where very helpfull and friendly, and the location just a 5 minute drive from the Blyde river canyon is just perfect. Don't expect high end hotel, but a relaxing hide-out & good value for money. The town is small, but has nice places to eat/ drink and a bigger super...
