The location is excellent if you're travelling via rail. The hotel's a five minute walk from the train station. Although it is located at the end of a short road full of metal working shops. But they close at dinner time and the noise abates. The hotel is large but was very empty when we were there, giving it a...

Hotel Valli was exactly as we imagined! We were given toilet paper and soap on arrival which for us was wonderful!! They also provided us with maps of the town which were very helpful! The bathrooms were very spacious and the fans were efficient and quiet meaning we could sleep with them on. The staff were friendly and helpful and...

This hotel was the best one we stayed during a trip to Tamil Nadu temples. The rate was reasonable, the rooms neat enough, service good, provided bath towels and soaps and an extra bed at a nominal rate. Unexpectedly this place had great greenery, lot of trees and plants around which creates a cool atmosphere to stay. There was hot...

Close enough to the railway station where we arrived and left from, an easy walk. We also walked to the BigTemple and the Royal palace from here. Quite a walk but. easily done. The hotel has seen better days. Rooms are clean and the bed comfortable. We only used the fan and ignored the A/C. However, we only had hot...

Even though, on a slightly positive side, the hotel has a convenient location near the train station + the welcoming was nice and smiley + they give foreigners a 10% discount, I would recommend not to stay at this place! Mainly, you will not be able to sleep as there are a lot of various noises from neighbours, corridors, the...

I stayed here for a night with my mom. We took the small room with air condition, for 1085 roopy. You should ask to see the room before, if there is a fan you can even skip the air conditioning. There is WiFi in the lobby, not in the rooms. And you better bring some anti mosquitos spray since there...

The hotel is very clean and well run, with simple but comfortable rooms, good showers and a courtyard with the most beautiful old tree. i also thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast I had, a round flatbread (can't remember the name) with onions, sambal and coconut - really delicious. Unlike the other reviews, I saw neither mould nor bars on windows and...

This hotel is near the Railway Station and walkable distance. Only budget hotel not luxury. For a short stay advisable. Room service and restaurant delayed due to non availability of workers. You are advised to stay here for a short period

We were planning to stay for 2 nights but got up at 5.45am after not sleeping. The room was like a convent. No curtains, bars on windows and twin beds only. Room was so damp and the smell of mould so strong we were unable to sleep. Asked to see another room and the guy just sprayed lots of air...
