Its been a really nice stay for us. The host is very friendly, he even spent time to show us around town. We learnt much more about the city with his passionate touring. The hotel is nice as well, very well decorated and cleaned, we could and see the breathtaking sunrise from the rooftop every morning! Greatly recommended to those...

Krishna is a great host. Everything was smooth. I got great advice on things to do and how to understand better the local culture. The rooms are clean and the breakfast in the terrace is great. Recommended.

Krishna and his family run a lovely clean and comfortable guest house near the main square. Breakfast is fab and on the roof terrace with wonderful views. The family speak good English and couldn't be more helpful. Most special of all however is that they also run a home for disabled children and so staying here also supports that. Bhaktapur...

Thank you fellow Trip Advisors. I chose to stay at this hotel based on the humanitarian service the owner does for a population probably still considered untouchable, through no fault of their own. The profits from staying at this hotel go to support the home for 18 beautiful disabled children that he runs. Krishna and his wife have very big...

I have been living at the heart of Bhaktapur for over three months now, and it feels really sad leaving this place that I can call a home. The guest house lies in the center of Bhaktapur with short walking distance to the popular turist attractions. The rooms are tidy, nice and cozy, but the real experience lies in the...

I had a wonderful time in this guest house. The crew is most welcoming and friendly. The room and sanitary is tidy and clean. It indeed is located in the heart of Bhaktapur just a few footsteps away from Taumadhi and Durbar Square at a relatively quiet spot. With superb view from the rooftop terrace and dining hall. I had the privilege to stay at Heart of Bhaktapur with 2 friends at the end of October 2015. Of course you will get a nice, clean and wifi-empowered room, located in the heart of a historical city filled with beautiful landmarks (Taumadhi square, Pottery square), but the best part of it is really the warm and meaningful hospitality you...

I've stayed here for two weeks for voluntary work, and it has been incredible how the family adopts you as a member and asks if you want to participate in for instance rituals and festivals. The father, mother, two kids and other staff are all very open, kind, helpful and easy to talk to. The rooms are clean, wifi router...

“I had a room on the first floor which looked out onto a residential area which had kids playing, dogs etc. I wear ear plugs when away from home so not a problem for me but might be noisy if you're a light sleeper. Also the wifi didn't work in that room, think its stronger the further up you go.”

“I've seen several rooms in the past week and they're all wonderful. The only advice I can give is to stay up near the top floor IF strong WIFI is important to you. Other than that, any room is more than enough. Our room had to huge double beds with plenty of extra room in it and a private shower/bathroom.”
