Beautiful, large, clean rooms with a wonderful balcony with a view of the ocean. The manager, Jude, and the staff was so helpful and friendly. The food was the best in the area! We tried several restaurants, but the hotel restaurant was the best! The chef, Dinesh, surprised us daily with something delicious, off-menu! They really made us feel like...

I really enjoyed my 2 nights at this hotel. I found the staff friendly and eager to please, the room was large, complete with a lovely balcony and very clean. All the amenities were there. The pool and the beach were lovely! The restaurant was excellent. I had the Tempura Prawns the first night and they were so amazing, I...

We had a wonderful stay at this Srilanka style resort. The hotel is just one step away from the beautiful beach. Our two young daughters enjoyed the lovely clean pool (they do not want to be in the seawaves constantly). The staff is extremely helpful (thanks Suresh for your kind attention). The multi talented chef Dinesh Sandy De Silva prepared...

Exquisite chef of cuisine providing an excellent dinner at the beach. Hotel provides big rooms and is situated directly at the beach. Pool was clean and offers relaxation with the possibility to see the sunset.

The hotel is on the beach in Uppuveli, a little bit north of Trinco. Though a little bit dated (e.g the standard rooms) the hotel has its charm. There are also really nice and new deluxe rooms if you prefer. Breakfast is buffet style with both western and Sri Lankan options. The restaurant serves lunch as well as dinner and...

It appears to be one of those places where the owners keep adding extra buildings with rooms without a proper plan. Consequently finding one's allocated room would take some time. There were mosquitoes in the rooms. No elevators, uneven steps on stair-cases. Poor service. We got warm water at our dinner after asking 5 different waiters. One waiter brought us...

This hotel is right on the beach with a swimming pool by the side of the reception and restaurant building. The staff here are generally not interested in serving you. Most will stand around whilst working and if you are a female they will keep looking at you. The rooms are big but old and the bathroom is not in...

Visited Trinco as part of a group. The hotel had beautiful sea views and was right on the beach. The sun rise in the morning was a delight to watch. Some of the rooms could have had some refurbishment as they seem aged. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Food was good. All in all it was a great...

Stayed for 2 nights as part of a small tour party. Unfortunately it was a time when the kitchen was being re built so food being prepared outdoors under a canopy and a fruit bar area being utilised The hygiene standards were questionable. Our room was large but in need of renovation, the handle to the balcony door was missing....
