The hotel is conveniently situated two hundred meters outside the north gate, so it is a short walk into the old town. The rooms are OK, staff is friendly, internet is only in the lobby. There is a bar in the hotel.

Stayed here for two nights as part of a group tour of Uzbekistan. All the sights of Khiva are walkable from here which make it a really good base. The breakfast is quite nice if slightly quirky for european palates but then Khiva is not exactly on the beaten track! Being so close means that you can enjoy walks in...

Like other reviewers said. The hotel is just 2 min from the gate to the old town and all main sites can be done on foot. We found the hotel clean, functional etc. Our water pressure was great and all was clean. Wifi also worked very well. Only thought the staff, though helpful, were very grim looking and the breakfast...

I rate this a smart hotel. My room was very spacious, with a huge window with pleasant view, and the bathroom also very large and immaculately clean. The location is fine, just a few minutes' walk outside the north gate of the walled city. (Be careful: there are at least two "Malika Hotels" in Khiva - check which one you...

The Malika Hotel Khorezm is a rather small, nondescript hotel, just outside the city walls of old Khiva. It was clean and the staff was pleasant, but that is about all on the plus side. My room was large enough, but the view from my small window was of a shabby building next door, into an open toilet room! The...

I am writing this review before even finishing my stay on the first (and last) day that I will be here. I checked in a few hours ago. The price was ok and the room was big, so I took it, but that's where the positives ended. The negatives: Was asked to pay cash up front for the room. I...

The hotel looks good and nice from outside. I had booked two rooms in it, one for myself and the other for my colleague. When we were warmly welcomed and showed to our respective rooms. The rooms were clean with good lighting and other necessary facilities. The beds were cozy and were provided with adequate high quality bedding material. The...
