This hotel has a great location, just a 100 metre walk to the entrance of Old Khiva. The rooms were quite good and clean. We did have the misfortune to have a blackout 3 times the first night in our rooms. The night reception staff and security guard were excellent and assisted us each time. We actually found the breakfast... More

We flew straight to Urgench in order to start our tour from Khiva and having the hotel just in front of the main gate is a treat in itself. Not only the hotel is nice, in its simplicity it retains the logic of their buildings with the internal communal court, but is clean and breakfast is rich. Being able to... More

Nice and clean hotel on a great location near the old center. I think it is 300 m walk. The room is simple but comfortabel. Airconditioning works good. Hotelstaff is nice and helpfull! Breakfast is not bad at all.

Very convenient for sightseeing and close to Itchan Kala. Day after dark, we were asked to take me for a walk in the guide's. I want the night that I was able to see the ruins and the beautiful night sky, also state, such as residents of the cool of the evening Because... More

It is a small, very nice hotel inside Khiva’s old town. Our room was tiny, but very clean and pleasant. Air condition worked perfectly (which is important if you’re staying in a small room on a very hot day), wifi slow, but available. The hotel has a pleasant outdoor restaurant (it has also indoor seating, but much less interesting and... More

The location is excellent, right in front of west gate of Old Khiva. The room is clean and staff are friendly and helpful. Wifi is free and relatively fast, but it is a nuisance that they turn it off at around 11pm till 8am - not ideal if you want to do some late night trip planning or emailing. The... More

The location is perfect, you just can't ask for better. Rooms are simple but clean and dead are ok. Very quiet and peaceful. Breakfast is not good at all and it's kind of gross. Wifi is useless and does not work. Staff were kind and helpful.

I loved this hotel. The position is amazing right opposite the gate to the town and if you have a room at the front you will have a fantastic view especially at sunset. The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was adequate. The air conditioning worked . Wifi was free. It is a strange little place but I found it endearing... More
