My dog Bear and I stayed here in 2012 and enjoyed this homey little place a lot. Bear is waiting for me at Rainbow Bridge and my current traveling companion Sam-I-Am and I stayed in late August 2016. It's even better now! Our room was freshly remodeled and clean and cozy. It' ain't the Hilton but the view, the price,...

We stayed here only one night but found this place to be very comfortable and clean. the view was worth any inconveniences. the lack of air conditioning and the weird smelling water were the only negatives. It was very clean, the view was spectacular and the restaurant right next door more than made up for it. We will definitely stay...

This motel is located on US-2 W in Cut River, the motel has 9 or 10 unites, the office is in the center of the small building, as we entered there was no one inside, there was a sign on the wall which informed the customer to take a key and the slip of paper with the room number under...

My husband, dog and I spent the night at the Skyline Motel on our way to visit our daughter at Michigan Tech University. The motel is not far over the Mackinaw Bridge. The skyline was the cleanest motel in which I have ever stayed. It is a very simple room, but very comfortable. It had 2 beds, a bathroom, and...

Well this was the second time we've stayed at the Skyline; the last time was several years ago and it looks like some improvements have been made to the bathroom fixtures, flooring, panelling and trim since that time..(we were in #2 of 9 or 10 rooms). That's a good thing. It is still a 'check yourself in' place since there...

Driving to Munising we passed this motel and saw that it overlooked Lake Michigan. My boyfriend and I had decided that, on our trip, we were going to stay in mom and pop type motels so we said on the way back through we would stay here. Big mistake. First clue should've been the "office". Was kind of a "check...

Staff friendly, everything was clean and well maintained. Great price, basic rustic decor. Breath taking view of Lake Michigan from every room and from large deck out back. We cooked our meals on fire pit out front. Restaurant in same parking lot. Little country store across the street sells all the basics, plus smoked fish & firewood. Well water sulfur...

If this property is actually in Epoufette, MI- then don't stay here. The rooms smell stale and the "bathroom" scent can be a bit much. Water is unpleasant smelling also-and we have well water at home so that doesn't account for our opinion of the water, Beds are very firm, sheets scratchy and rough. Colored towels made us wonder what...

After a long day of driving and unable to go further, I pulled into the driveway of the Skyline, not only because it looked decent, but also because I had a choice of walking to two restaurants. I kind of chuckled at what a throwback the place was and how it was run, but it served the purpose for a...
