After travelling along Sunrise Trail we found this motel in Oscoda. Driving all day and needed to rest. Not a lot is open this time of year and we decided on this resort. Staff were very friendly and had popcorn in the lobby and complimentary breakfast. The rooms were dated, bed was ok. The wifi did not reach to our...

Stayed a week while visiting in Oscoda. I was a little leery after reading the reviews but was pleasantly surprise upon arrival. Our room was large, clean and well kept. Enjoyed taking my morning coffee down to the beach and watching the waves as I leisurely greeted the day. The staff was helpful and available when needed. Won't hesitate staying...

I attempted to find us a quick place to stay and came across this one. Since yhe revews werent the best I went in while my boyfriend was paying and stated we would have to see the room before we agreed to stay. We went in and I peeled back the blanket to find hair and stains on the pillow......

Lovely place on Lake Huron with sugar-sand beach, huge clean room with view from both sides, beach toys and games, above-average free bfst. Lots of different lodging types. The upstairs rooms in the motel bldg. have the stunning views, table and chairs, fridge and microwave, covered balcony with lakeview seating. What's not to love?

Their always seems to be a bad smell and the manger is really annoying but the beach is beautiful and the rooms are nice. One of the biggest Problems of this resort is that it seems like all people are alone and by them selves but one of the pros of this resort is sunny buns (jet ski rental) is...

Stayed in an "upper VIP suite." Room was not that bad, but calling it a VIP suite is misleading. The covered balcony was nice. There were a lot of "crusty" stains on the carpet. TV and mini-fridge were outdated, but functional. Main reason we decided to stay here was for the beach, which turned out to be covered in trash...

We rented one of the cottages because there there was nothing in the area open. There was a big family reunion going on there and all rooms were booked. The cottage was $125.00 a night after taxes. Way over priced. Bathroom door had wood tore off, trim was nasty looking, bedroom door had a hole in it. Looks like alot...

Definitely not what I expected from their website. This place is a run down motel but they call it a resort. Don't be fooled by the pictures, reminds me more of a hourly Detroit motel. I have stayed in bad hotels before but what makes this place even worse is the terrible staff and management. DONT STAY HERE!
