Great customer service, nice meal selection. No elevator, so if you're on the 2nd floor, it's somewhat inconvenient if you have a lot of luggage. The room was clean and the location was great. We used a twitter handle and got a nice discount.

Rooms are small but nice. Nice having fridge in room. Ran out of water the morning of checkout. Was told maintenance would not be there for and hour to hour and a half and could not move to new room..

The city had a broken water main. The water was turned off at 5:30 am and restored at 7 am. We're sorry for the inconvenience and mis-information but our midnight clerk didn't know there was a water main break.

Place was quiet, clean and just right for the price. Cleaning staff could have been a little more efficient as they forgot to give us toilet paper after cleaning our room, but that can be remedied easily at the front desk.

The staff are very friendly and professional. Many improvements have been done over the past few years. Nice flat screen TV's in the rooms. The king size beds that are adjustable with the massage are a nice feature. I would have liked the staff to explain to me a little more about the king beds being split with the adjustable...

Nice room, free food all day and haircuts were a nice bonus for a family traveling. They had high chairs and kept the food stocked with hot choices all day long. We stayed on the lodge and had a nice sized room. The adjustable, vibrating beds were very comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Our room was comfortable and cozy. The staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back there to stay on our next trip. My husband enjoyed his free haircut too.

We stayed at the Michigan Inn & Lodge for 3 nights. We wanted a cheaper place to stay while skiing at Boyne Mountain. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. We did not try the food. For those wanting to save some money, I recommend staying here.

In all had a good time. One suggestion would be is bigger food service area. Big reason for us to go there. Was to crowded to enjoy it. Ended up going someplace else for dinner, lunch, breakfast. Mite not make it three years in a row next year.

Very nice hotel, awesome staff! Had to leave early due to an injury and they were very understanding and accommodating. Open cafe from 8-10. Mainly packaged foods, but a huge perk since it's all complementary. Hot breakfast and soup.
