We had a wonderful stay here over Thanksgiving for 3 nights and would come back again. The town of Rochester is so lovely and the hotel is just a couple blocks away from the downtown. The rooms are beautiful and the beds were so comfortable we didn't want to leave our rooms. This was nicer than many 5 stars I've...

We have had numerous meals at The Royal Park since it opened. Enjoyed the fine dining each and every time. Tonight, we went to the "new" bar/eating area. 1. Couldn't hear ourselves or our guests. 2. No room in the bar, so we tried to eat in the gallery area. 3. So loud I actually screamed to my guest, not...

We live nearby and have had many wonderful experiences at the Royal Park Hotel. Even though we are close, we love to spend the night several nights a year and experience the superb luxury that only RPH has to offer. The food is great, the service superior, and the ambiance is unbeatable! I love the quaint French feel of the...

I had a post-wedding party here for out of town family. The arrangements were very nice and I appreciated their recommendations for cake, florist, music, etc. All were perfect. My family was very impressed with the luxe, comfortable rooms. Food was great for our party as well as brunch the next morning which hotel arranged in a private room for...

Great French press coffee delivered to room on weekends. Great service. Downtown Rochester is lit head to toe in Christmas lights in December, walking distance. Nice decor, no pool. Comfortable robes, spacious rooms. Would like to come back in summer months and enjoy restaurant on large outside balcony.

Decorations are stunning. Close enough to historic downtown shops and restaurants to walk. Valet parking only $10 nightly Park 600 bar and kitchen is perfect for foodies and craft beer devotees. Concierge is very helpful. Staff is friendly and attentive. Library with fireplace to relax with coffee in the morning and lemon water in the evening. Old world elegance

I can't imagine what the charming village of Rochester (and other suburbs nearby) did before the Royal Park came to town. It is a treasure. The hotel was bustling with guests and its banquet rooms and gorgeous glass walled solarium were full with wedding ceremonies, receptions, an engagement party, a Chamber of Commerce breakfast...The facility is extremely well run, with...

The hotel has recently changed from the elegant Brookshire restaurant to "an upscale (?) casual restaurant". We went there tonight to see what it was like. Our server Carter was excellent. But the noisy atmosphere and the hustle and bustle of most of the servers was definitely poor. The ambience was loud and noisy. I compared it to the California...

My husband and I recently stayed here for an overnight getaway. We were excited to revisit the hotel where our wedding reception was held. The Royal Park did not disappoint! Our suite was amazing, with a lovely terrace and a view of the river and downtown. The service was impeccable and personal. Overall, from beginning to end, The Royal Park...

Beautiful hotel looks like a throw back to colonial times was actually built in 2002. The beds are amazing - my back pain went away - and the room temperature was perfect for sleeping. White marble bathrooms with l'occitane products was a highlight as well. Staff was... very nice and accommodating... looked very local. Breakfast buffet had organic eggs, fruit,...
