The room was no frills. They have a pool and are close to downtown. The bathroom could be cleaner but for sleeping purposes. We did not pay alot, we got our money worth. Very friendly staff! With a little, TLC, they could do very well!

We needed a place to stay for one night. This motel served that purpose. Good place for the price, $95.00. Comfortable bed. Negatives were: Carpet needed cleaning Drapes too short- had to place pillows on the sill to block out the light for sleeping. Horrible coffee in the room, And not much better at the continental breakfast area- it comes out of a machine- not freshly brewed Not sure I’d stay here again

Charged more than twice what they charged my co-workers and refused to make it right. Obviously have no morals and no belief in good business ethics or Karma. It is a shame people like this own this hotel. My company will NEVER stay here again. Buyer beware!

I stay at Choice Hotel properties for the points, but in this case, I would opt for the higher end Choice hotel nearby. Yes, it is a short drive to the beach, but overall just not worth the lower price. I'd say it was somewhat clean, but the whole room had an odd smell and seemed damp. Our entire visit, there was an older gentleman parked in the lot in his car, sometimes with his door open, on his phone. This was from mid-afternoon until well into the evening. I'm not even sure when he left. The only time i saw someone in the office was when we checked in. Pool wasn't open due to current conditions, so I can't comment on that. Breakfast was grab and go. Apples were rotten, no bananas. Cereal was scarce. I just didn't feel comfortable here, and for wanting a nice day and night out in St. Joe, I would not stay here again. My choice would be to go to Stevensville, even at the higher cost. I will never stay here again.

The place was clean. Thats about only good thing I can say. I know how good Econolodge can be. This is not it. At least, not yet. Dated, though it seems that some work is done. There are many more options for the cold breakfast, even during the epidemic. Cereal and one cheap pastry are not breakfast. Also, the internet was horrible, it was constantly lost. On top of it $125 for the night felt like reaching. I would pay maybe $60 for hotel like that.
