This was our 7th stay at Oak Bay Guest House. The owners are wonderful people and always make you feel welcome. The rooms are great and the breakfasts are fabulous, not to mention the muffins that they send you away with. Always a great stay. Highly recommended.

Another stay at the guest house and another enjoyable time. Room was well kept, clean with a comfy bed. Breakfasts on both days were enjoyable. One day it was a lovely french toast and another it was eggs benny. Vegetarian options were also provided. Great hosts. A go to for us.

Oak Bay Guest House suited us perfectly. It is beautiful and comfortable and we love where it is situated. There is a feeling of welcome and we enjoyed sitting upstairs in the lounge area. It is a very restful and positive place and we are planning to return. The breakfast was delicious and very generous, and the muffins were delicious...

We checked into the Inn and they had informed us they have been extremely busy. We had to pay within minutes of walking in and then we were brought up to our room. The lady was very nice, however we got onto our flight that we were on standby for a hour after we checked in and had not even...

We have never stayed in a B&B but wanted a quiet time away, love Oak Bay for walking and restaurants etc., tired of downtown "issues". so, decided to try out this B&B. Not fancy or modern - quaint, quiet, warm, friendly, clean - everything you need for a great price. Perfect location. Hosts were more than friendly and wanting to...

This place does excellent breakfasts but we were sadly disappointed with the rest of our stay. Our twin-bedded room might just have accommodated one double bed but was a real squeeze for two people with luggage and was in need of general refurbishment.

Recently visited the Oak Bay Guest House ( have stayed there before). The staff are very friendly and service was good. Our room was comfortable with an on suite. The room was clean and comfortable, the only complaint is the bathroom door could not swing completely open as it hit the end of the bed, easily solved by pushing the...

We were welcomed with warm smiles and a cozy clean room. We will definitely come again soon and tell all of our friends to do so too. The breakfast was fresh, creative and sustained us for the day. The location exposed us to a serene residential area with amazing marine views for our walks. Everyone we spoke to was friendly.

An old B&B, English styled with nice rooms. Breakfast was ok with toast, eggs and muffins. The people are nice too. Infortunatly it's far away from downtown Vivtoria. It can get hot during summernights, there is no airconditioning. We had a nice stay, but overall; I would not recommand it. But if you want a nice, relaxed and easy old...

Nestled in the quiet, safe community of Oak Bay, where wealthy Victorians have been escaping the hustle and bustle of Victoria's Inner Harbour and the Empress Hotel for over a hundred years. Be only minutes (and a world) away from all the Victoria has to offer. This Victoria Bed and Breakfast, located in BC, Canada, is a gracious 1912 Victorian Home. The home was converted to the Newport Inn in 1922 and has been accommodating travelers to Victoria since then. There are 9 rooms and 2 suites, all with private bathrooms (10 of the bathrooms are en suite). Free breakfast. Sun lounge is perfect for an afternoon cup of tea or snack. A fireside lounge is cozy for an evening glass of wine. Oak Bay is a walkers paradise. Easy walking distance to Oak Bay Village, Oak Bay Beach Hotel, Oak Bay Marina, Victoria Golf Club, Royal Victoria Yacht Club, Willow Beach and almost countless parks.
