We have walked past Newcourt Barton many times but never had to use it because a relative lives just down the road. On this occasion, she had a house full and so my wife, grandson and I booked in. It was a charming room, well equipped and beautifully warm. The atmosphere was very relaxed and the breakfast lived up to...

After having to walk out of our last place as it was so bad, we needed somewhere quick for a screaming baby, my wife and I, and our dog. This was the first place with vacancies, and what can we say, we were very impressed. The room was made up with a travel cot, it was clean and warm with...

Great countryside location in rural Devon conveniently located 15 minutes away from Exeter. Helen and family were very accommodating, breakfast in particular was very good- I'd recommend the scrambled eggs! We stayed in the annexe which is separate from the main house and ideal for 2 people for a one night stay. Very well maintained and clean bedroom and bathroom....

A large farmhouse in the country, 10 minutes drive from Junction 28 of the M5. Everything was delightful, clear directions by website, a warm welcome, a large, clean, comfortable, bedroom with a single and double bed, en-suite bathroom (shower), fresh, good ingredients, perfectly cooked for breakfast, lots of help for local restaurants etc, and a very modest bill. Altogether a...

Helen stepped out of the farmhouse to welcome me on arrival, showed me to my room and offered tea/coffee. If I needed anything I was just to let her know. My room was a little small but very comfortable, Helen allocated the smaller room to me as she provided a packed lunch FOC on my departure. Well stocked hospitality tray...

Stayed here for 2 nights as we were attending a wedding locally. Helen made us feel very welcome. Our room was spotless with a lovely comfortable bed and the breakfast was delicious. Would definitely stay here again and would thoroughly recommend this lovely B&B to anyone looking for accommodation in this area.

We stayed 3 nights at Newcourt Barton. Helen gave us the family suite, even though it was just the 2 of us. The suite was fabulous. The main bedroom was spacious, with a comfy bed, a well supplied hospitality tray and a radiator that worked very well. The bathroom is good, complete with bathrobes and toiletries and it was handy...

We booked a 2 night stay at Newcourt Barton to attend a wedding locally. Upon booking we received a friendly welcoming email from Helen with helpful instructions on how to locate the farmhouse B&B. We were met by Helen on our arrival and shown to our beautiful room. The room was immaculate, the bed comfortable, and there were plenty of...
