Quiet rooms filled with antiques. Very clean and relaxing. Amazing breakfast. This is one of our favorite places to stay in the Traverse City area. The owners are very helpful in terms of making recommendations for activities and restaurants in the area. Highly recommended!

We have visited and enjoyed many bed and breakfasts and are very comfortable with this kind of lodging. Korner Kottage is our favorite -- the rooms are comfortable, impeccable and the hosts are friendly and know the area. They can recommend adventures, activities and restaurants. The yard is lovely and the house is within walking distance of the village and...

My husband and I chose to spend the last few days of our winter break from teaching at the Korner Kottage. This was the perfect place to refuel after the holiday season with family and friends. We were able to reconnect as a couple, ski, watch some football, visit our favorite wineries and enjoy dinner at local restaurants! Jim and...

Just returned from staying two nights at the Korner Kottage. We couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. From our initial contact to our farewell, hosts Linda and Jim were warm and inviting. This B&B is perfectly situated in Suttons Bay. It's within walking distance of the shops and restaurants and all that the village has to offer, a...

Excellent room with a sunrise view over the Grand Traverse Bay. Breakfast was very good, rooms were comfortable and clean plus our hosts were two of the best in the business. Highly recommend! Our hosts also had a great deal of information for those interested in exploring the area.

Excellent stay. Jim and Linda were very kind and welcoming. After our first day out exploring the area, we came back to a bottle of bubbly and a sweet congrats note to celebrate our recent marriage. Every morning began with an amazing homemade breakfast and it may sound silly to some but really good coffee ! Chocolates and mints all...

As a former B&B owner I am always delighted to stay in B&Bs. Korner Kottage is exceptional. Beautifully maintained, wonderfully restored 1920's home, and best of all, truly terrific homemade breakfasts. Jim and Linda really made us feel "at home". They provided lots of printed information on the Sutton Bay area as well as personal suggestions. Their homemade granola is...

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Korner Kottage two weeks ago just for one night on a Sunday. We cannot say enough positive things about it. Jim and Linda were both very welcoming and gave us many suggestions on places to eat/visit in the short time we visiting the Leelanau Peninsula. The breakfast was wonderful and had both healthy...

Five of us stayed at the Korner Kottage for our first girlfriend's weekend together. We had the B & B to ourselves. Jim and LInda were excellent hosts. They were friendly and provided delicious breakfasts on the patio outside. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. The location was perfect. What a fun girls weekend! We had The Korner Kottage B & B all to ourselves, (besides our wonderful hosts, Jim and Linda) and we couldnt have picked a more perfect place to stay. We felt welcomed as soon as we walked onto the front porch and into their cozy home. Breakfast was delicious and we were able to eat...
