We had a glitch in booking but Michelle at the front desk was so helpful and straightened it out. Our room was comfortable but the lack of elevators is disappointing.Rules of hotel state No Pets but our room still had doggie treats on the floor.

Very basic hotel. Clean. Nothing out of the ordinary good and nothing out of the ordinary bad. If you are on a road trip and need an immediate place to stay, this would be a choice. It is not waterfront if you are wondering.

We have stayed in a number of pet friendly cabins in the area and found this to be far better. Basic and clean, with direct access to the outside for pet and a reasonable price. That is everything we want when traveling with our dogs.

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortably firm but not hard. I would have liked thicker pillows - they were nearly flat. They have plenty of plugs to charge your phones, iPad and there is a plug at the desk for your laptop. The bathroom was immaculate and the hot water was hot and instant. They have body soap and shampoo in the shower and a hair drier near the sink.

We were given the keys to an already occupied room at check in. Thank our Lord that the people were out when I opened their door to see bags already in the room. I was on a girl's weekend with my two young daughters and found this terrifying. New keys to the correct room were provided, but I was left feeling shaken by this unacceptable mistake. Would not recommend.

We picked this hotel based on reviews but it was worse than I thought. Its old and needs updating and the floors are dirty. We had our shoes and socks off and noticed that the bottom of our feet was black after walking around. People were also at breakfast grabbing food with no masks on. The hotel had everything out just like it was pre-covid with s waffle and pancake maker out for everyone to touch. No one said anything to the people not wearing masks. This grossed me out, especially when food is involved. They dont see to care there is pandemic going on.

Clean, comfortable and pet friendly! Exactly what your looking for when traveling with your fur friend. The rooms are updated. Located right across from Lake Huron where you will find pet friendly beaches. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

we found bed bugs. we stayed in the crows nest only there for an hour an had to switch room. bed bugs crawling on wall and my boyfriend. spiders everywhere and the door wouldnt shut right. reporting this hotel now that i have to deep clean just to make sure i didnt bring any home.

Checked in to a clean and well-furnished room on 7/10, only to find on my way out to a late dinner that the door would not lock. Called front desk and waited 15min for them to come up, waited another 15min for a new room. The new room smelled like an ashtray so I waited another 15min for another room, which I found satisfactory.
Fast forward to the next night, the air conditioning broke. On top of that, kids were running down the hall at midnight and slamming doors...
Overall the property is in disrepair and would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a good nights sleep!
