I've stayed in the unique Crow's Nest, which is perfect for us, twice. On the top floor it is private, spacious, comfy and impeccably clean. The common areas are also beautifully appointed, warm and welcoming, as are the hosts. The breakfasts are wonderful too. There is no reason to complain about anything here.

Three Oaks Inn was very comfortable and the hosts were very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Breakfast were delicious, maple glazed sausages, homemade muffins and other treats. Nice and small so only four rooms, quiet and bathrooms modern and extremely clean.

This place is amazing! The house is beautiful inside and out and is very comfortable. The breakfast that was made by the hosts was absolutely delicious (my favorite were the muffins with fresh local blueberries). Its very close to everything in Three Oaks (hint, hint, you can walk to the distillery). We had a lovely time and I'd recommend it...

Where to start? We were attending a family reunion in Long Beach, Indiana and found this gem. We rented the entire Inn for 4 adults and 6 teenager girls for the weekend. The Inn is perfection in every way - the beautiful furnishings, the charming outdoor space, landscaping, delicious breakfast and most of all our hosts Ron and Ken. They...

By far the best B & B experience ever. The rooms are nice sized, quiet and spotless. The hosts are fantastic. They make you fell very much at home - you are their house guest. Enjoyed the town of Three Oaks also. Nice bicycle riding in the area, many nice restaurants in town with in walking distance of the Inn....

Wow, what a nice place! The inn is absolutely immaculate and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed a long weekend and found ourselves sitting outside on the covered porch and under the pergola whenever we returned from our daytime journeys. Breakfast was delightful and delicious. We just found our new go-to get away!

After traveling from Niagara Falls we were received in a very friendly manner from Ron and Ken who were waiting our somewhat delayed arrival, they greeted us on the lovely covered porch of the Inn. They could not have been more helpful in describing both their charming Inn and its surroundings. Parking was easy in front of the Inn. Breakfast...

I loved Three Oaks Inn and will definitely be back. I was upgrade to the Fireside Suite when I arrived. The room was lovely, and exceptionally clean. I'm a neat freak and have high standards and they exceeded my expectations. The glass bottle of water was a nice touch to the room. The tv and fireplace worked great. The bed...

I've never considered myself a "B & B person". . .that's because I've never experienced the Three Oaks Inn. First and foremost, Ron and Ken are the ultimate hosts and have truly honed their craft as "inn keepers". From the delicious breakfast options to help with getting acquainted with the area and just simply enjoying conversation, these guys are top...

We spent three nights at the three oaks inn. The breakfast served was really good. My husband and I looked forward to what was served for breakfast everyday. Ken and Ron, the owners have done a fantastic job in maintaining the inn. The house is done up very tastefully and they also helped us with our itinerary. It is conveniently...

“All rooms are beautiful. You can't go wrong. The Crow's Nest is ideal for kids!”

“We had the fireplace suite which was quite pricey. This was the only disappointment as the fireplace was fake. There was only one chair in the room. You couldn't see the fireplace from bed unless you were laying with your head in the feet area. Room was rather small for the amount of money charged.”
