My husband and I stayed at Chateau Chantal for one night as part of a larger "up north" road trip to Petoskey, Charlevoix, and Traverse City. If I could do it over again, I'd spend much more of the trip at Chateau Chantal! I honestly can't think of one detail to complain about - from check-in to our reluctant check-out,...

Beautiful views, accommodations, and people await the traveler at CC. We've stayed in the B and B three times, eaten their speciality dinners twice, and visited tonight for wine buying. Each time we've been met by some of the happiest people on earth. (These people must really like their jobs!) This is a gem among many fine places in this...

Great facility and clean We were very dissappointed at the getleman that was giving us the wine taste that he didn't know anything about the wines he was serving It was worth the trip just for the amazing views of the vineyards

Hello, Thank you for the review and letting us know is sounds that this staff member needs more training, to say the least. I apologize for your experience and look to correct this. Thank you, Marie-Chantal Dalese

at Christmas we gave our kids gift certificates to Chateau Chantal. We were quite surprised when we received the exact same gift from our kids. What a pleasant surprise. We stayed in the large two bedroom suite for two nights. Watching the sunset with a glass of wine was a pleasure. Our room was very spacious, and clean. We have...

We stayed for 3 nights & I wish it was longer! Our room was HUGE & very comfortable -- we even had a porch to sit out on to enjoy the beautiful views. Every night we took a bottle of wine & watched the most amazing sun sets! The breakfasts, served family style, were AMAZING as well -- FULL, delicious...

This B&B was amazing. I will only come back to Traverse City if I stay here. The view was amazing. Having access to purchase from the wine room afterhours was so perfect to enjoy our time away. The 8 course wine pairing dinner with Chef Ruben was fabulous (and very affordable!)

My wife and I spent an afternoon here on our 15th anniversary. We did our first wine tasting, ever. We fell in love with the Late Harvest Riesling. We had some fruit, cheese and crackers outside and just loved the views. The staff is second to none. We will be back at the end of this month for a weekend...

The chateau is located on a hillside and in the same building as the winery. The view of the vineyards is beautiful. Our room, the Degas Suite, was located between the dining room and the tasting room and was noisy in he late afternoon. The suite was comfortable, decorated in peach and green but the carpet was stained and it...

Hello, Thank you for your recent stay with us and for bringing these deficiencies to our attention. We purchased our own rug cleaning machine to take care of the rug in between professional cleanings. I'm very sorry you experienced what you did. I'm sorry the breakfast situation caused discomfort and confusion, we've gotten used to working a certain way with...

Great views. Nice clean rooms. For a B & B the breakfast left much to be desired. For a winery the wine really wasn't any good. Many great wines in the area but not at Chateau. We registered for the 7 course meal but soo many locals waived us off that we cancelled and gave them 24 hours notice. but...

Hello, Thank you for your recent stay with us, I'm sorry your visit did not meet your expectations. We do have a new wine dinner chef this year that is doing an excellent job, I'm sorry you weren't able to enjoy our dinner and chose to visit a local restaurant instead. We do have our wine dinner guests fill out...
