Stayed at this bed and breakfast two years ago and everything was just as wonderful as the first time. Juli was very helpful with the booking and the planning and Brian was a gracious and accommodating host. Seven of us stayed in the Main house and all of us enjoyed the wonderful breakfasts in the morning and peace and quiet... More

This is a gorgeous piece of property away from Traverse City's busy downtown...but close enough to be there in about 15 minutes. It is quiet, wooded, and private. We stayed in the cabin on the property which was fun. IF you opt for the cabin, which offers cozy privacy, a screened porch overlooking the river, and a fully equipped bath,... More

The gravel drive is long and gives you just a moment to wonder what you have gotten yourself into, before it leads you to a property that seems to have grown up right along with the trees. The structures, gardens and settings of Whispering Waters are something you will find nowhere else. In addition to the nearly magical setting, you... More

About ten miles south of Traverse City on the Boardman River, down a narrow gravel road, is a B&B nestled in a beautifully landscaped setting. There are several buildings, lodges with one or two bedroom accommodations. The one that my wife and I stayed in with another couple had a comfortable sitting room with a big fireplace, a kitchen with... More

If it wasn't for Trip Advisor and each of the positive reviews that I've read, I would've missed staying at this HEAVENLY B&B! Each review is exactly right on with it's serene description! I especially liked the attention to detail, the quaintness, the accommodations and the beautiful grounds. We stayed for two nights in the main house and it was... More

Traveled this past weekend to whispering waters for a second time - I was SO looking forward to being back! We stayed in the Spring House Suite both times, and enjoy the privacy of having our own place while still getting the "community" feel by visiting the main house for breakfast. Brian is an excellent host, very accommodating and he... More

First of all, the reviews are right on the nose for this place! What a gem! From the moment we arrived, Brian greeted us and gave us all the information we needed. We stayed in the Spring Suite which was EXCEPTIONAL! We had our own sun room/sitting area, private bathroom with his/her sinks, a stand up shower and separate large... More

My husband and I stayed in the cabin for 3 days on a mini-honeymoon after our wedding. We drove from Chicago and arrived in the after dark to a welcoming, perfect little cabin. We ran into Brian at around 9 pm on our way out to search for food and he was so friendly and full of recommendations for restaurants... More

Our 2 night stay at Whispering Waters could not have been better. It far exceeded our expectations and left us wanting to return and stay twice as long! The accommodations were superb in the spring suite...very clean, tastefully decorated and so comfortable. It is the beauty, as well as the peace and quiet that sets this B & B apart... More

We stayed at the B & B for 3 days this summer in the suite. The property is absolutely gorgeous. The effort that went into building this quaint place is amazing. Brian was a wonderful host and provided very healthy breakfasts to get us started on our day. This B & B is not in Traverse City itself but close... More
